Chemdry Red rose were a pleasure to deal with. From the initial contact with Lisa in the office, to the timely and professional technicians who attended and cleaned seven rooms, plus two rugs. We were astounded how the technicians were able to remove stubborn stains and have the carpets looking fresh and new again. They were personable and professional in our dealings and would highly recommend using this local business.

Easy to book by phone. Did a great job Brad and Tristan we’re personable, professional, and great at what they do. Removed old stains in carpet, and did a fantastic job! Would use them again and highly recommend. Communication prior to appointment was spot on, made everything smooth and simple.

Have had several very pleasant experiences with this company in the past. From the booking personnel to Brad the Technician, it has been seamless. Brad does excellent work, respectful, helpful and is lovely to have in your home.

What an amazing service this company provides. I had chem-dry red rose clean 3 large rugs. From the very first phone call, I received excellent customer service. My 3 rugs were picked up and given a deep clean, then returned and placed back where they were. All my rugs were returned clean and sanitised. One very happy customer and highly recommend.

The Gentleman was lovely as my appointment had been cancelled twice and I had no confirmation of new appointment so he had to wait 1 hour for me to get home lounge came up beautiful

My rug was 0.3 seconds from going in the bin and Chem-Dry have completely saved it! Stains removed and treated for mould. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Had we not had a fabulous, customer service oriented technician arrive to clean our carpets after 4 previous reschedules by Chemdry I would have left a scathing review of the service. Will was a great advertisement for the company- very obliging and did a great job.
Having had furniture lifted throughout the house ready for a 1.30 Wednesday appointment to find the time was changed to 3.00 then at the last minute rescheduled to Thurs then that morning rescheduled to Sat 3.30 then at 1.30 Sat cancelledI was not a happy customer with the house in disarray for days awaiting carpet cleaning.
Will then called me about 2.30 Sat to say if it wasn’t inconvenient he’d clean for us at 4.30 rather than having to wait until the next week.
So… a very poor experience turned around by a great employee
