Chem-Dry Fast Clean

I had a great experience with Ahmed cleaning my carpets. He was on time, efficient and friendly. My carpets smelt fantastic and looked so clean. Will be getting him back to do my floor tile grout very soon.

I was very disappointed with the servicemen’s attitude. Firstly, they were due to arrive between 3: 30pm-4: 30pm for cleaning only 2 sofa cushions (not the entire sofa). I had an appointment I had to leave for at 5: 00pm. They arrived at 4: 56pm.

I rearranged my commitments to accommodate their late arrival. When they arrived I asked them to remove their shoes inside. All our own outdoor shoes were lined up at my entrance, he could see I don’t allow outdoor shoes inside.

One nice and respectful man said no problem, and the other thought about it for a split second and said no, he can’t. Reason was they are using heavy equipment. Ok I accepted that. However it’s not like they were wearing steel toe boots, they were both wearing very worn down old sneakers, not at all protective of any heavy equipment.

I offered an alternative is that I bring the cushions to the foyer and they could keep their shoes on in the foyer. He then refused that and threatened to leave the service undone and wheeled his equipment back to the lift threatening to not complete the service. I told him again that I rearranged my commitments so that they could come do the cleaning. It was clear to me this man was protesting my request to have them remove shoes inside my home for no real legitimate reason because then I offered another option which was inside my apartment but I’d bring the cushions right to the entrance and he could leave his shoes on. Again, rudely he threatened to leave without arriving my upholstery. Eventually he agreed to do the 3rd setup option just inside my home. What was interesting was the machine always stayed outside my apartment and the hoses reached WELL enough plus extra slack to reach the cushions. So his argument of ‘heavy equipment’ was irrelevant as he never even moved the equipment an inch. Immediately after the service he started complaining about how he’s worked all day with no break and the last job he had was really dirty and and and. Very unprofessional. It was all very stressful for me and it left such a bad impression that I’ll never use them again.

The arrangements were easy to make with clear and transparent quoting. The guys arrived on time, did a very thorough job and were polite and professional to deal with. The results were great, with wool rugs, velvet armchairs and polyester blend upholstered sofas coming up beautifully clean. I’ll definitely have them back next time we need rugs, carpet, upholstery or mattresses cleaned.

Excellent service, the guys were very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. Would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again. I’m very happy with their work.

Very friendly and professional service. I thought I was going to have to get a new rug but after this clean it looks like a new rug. We also got our bedrooms cleaned and they all smell fresh and look like new. Highly recommend this service based on our results.
