They arrived on schedule, did a fantastic job on the carpets, and treated our home with respect while offering useful advice.

I called Cheap Cleaning Sydney about one-off cleaning service. They sent me two cleaners, which were extremely professional and careful, with attention to the details. I have never seen my house curtain and carpet so clean. Will certainly use again!

After moving all of our furniture out of the way to get our carpets cleaned, 9 months pregnant, they stuffed up our booking and no one arrived, rebooked from 12pm to 2pm to then be told at 1pm they'd double booked and could only come at 4pm, so our furniture must sit in the garden until midnight while the carpets dry? ! I think not! Highly annoyed and have rebooked with another company for early tomorrow morning.

I was looking for a company that can clean my rug since they are more delicate for that kind of treatment. I did a little research and found Cheap Cleaning Sydney. They did an impeccable job. All service & work was quite acceptable. They charge extra to roll
up the rugs, so do that yourself. They unrolled the wrong clean rug onto
my floor while I was in the other room, so pay attention. My rug was
still on the truck. `

Dishonest company which provides an awful service!
After several mails with changing, confusing information we agreed on $100.
I was promised that this is the final price without any further costs.
After the cleaning guy inspected my couch, he said that he has to charge extra $40 because of heavy dirt (just a few dirty spots - nothing dramatic and I explained the condition of the couch via mail already.) AND he wanted to charge EXTRA $14 as a fee for paying with card.
Cleaning the sides and the bottom of the couch would costs extra, as well!
At the end, he left with a huge puddle on my wooden floor.

Worst service experience I have ever had! I do not recommend this company if you expect a clear communication without any bad surprises.

They arrived on time and charged me the exact price that was quoted over the phone. They wore booties too, which was nice. We had the area rug, sofa and pillows cleaned. The rug dried within 4 hours and the sofa dried within 6. There was no strong or harsh chemical smell left after they dried. Will definitely be using this company again.

The owner is as professional as they get. Cleaned and conditioned leather sofa recliner, cloth sofa and cloth chair all in less than 2 hours. Showed up with 3 guys who knew their stuff. Prices are not low, but they are reasonable for the high quality work you get. He even threw in an extra leather ottoman cleaning and conditioning without even me asking for it.the owner does offer additional services such as scotch guard and sanitizing if you need them. But in no way does he sell those services. If you say no, like I did, he is O. K, no problem.

The owner's focus on customer service is evident in the follow up thank you he sent me a couple of days after the service. I wish all service providers were like this. GMB, you did good as usual!

The staff kept his word about the details of our deal and did a fantastic job. I compare this cleaning to one I got for 40% cheaper; staff is worth the difference. I give him my highest recommendation for Cheap Cleaning Sydney. For reference, my job included a sofa sectional + armchair + throw pillows (all microfiber / micro-suede).
