Recent experience has been really awful, they had to change the globe in the rear boot, they left all scrub marks all over the roof, on the first service, they SCRATCHED my brand new car, till now its not been fixed, and once they left the wheel cup on the side steps.
IT CAN BE VERIFIED ON THEIR OWN CCTV cameras.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR. (Ps i have pics to prove)

Courteous, prompt service. Able to wait in comfortable premises with complimentary food and drink.

Absolutely stunned at how competent and helpful this Toyota service centre is. We had a serious issue with our cruiser and Paul was able to solve all our issues. He is a series talent as is the team around him. Damien and Daniel also need recognition for their stellar efforts.

They thought out of the box and worked around the clock. Couldn’t be happier!

For last 10 years i took my car here for servicing and always did whatever they recommend as I trusted them and I love my car.last month I went there for servicing and told them that the gear stick is not moving all the way to D although the car was running fine.they said that they have checked (now I doubt it) and I have to replace the wire connecting the gear stick to rest of the transmission system and gave me a quotation of $900+. They said my car is running fine but I can come latter and do it.after two weeks the car broke down on the road. I called for road side assistance, the NRMA technician came and solved the problem in 5 min.nothing to do with the wire replacement.either their technician is absolutely incompetent or they didn't even look and wanted to get free ~thousand bucks. Very disappointed, kind of disgusted.

Very organized workshop. Excellent customer service and honest price. No surprises. Highly recommended.

Unreal service, was originally told the service would take up to 6 hours. However the man who served me undertook the service and it only took less than 2.5 hours.

I had a great service ever in Toyota Service Chatswood.
It was the major car service the other day, and everything went well until I got a call from Paul, the mechanic, said there was an unfortunate accident happened, and one of the front indicators was damaged. It was Friday, and I had to wait for the car until next Monday. I got the call from Paul that said my car was repaired and ready to go without charging me any fee!
Through the process, Paul had been very professional, and made me less anxious and worried.
Despite the fact that the incident was an unfortunate one, I feel I have been fairly treated as a customer.
For this, I would like to give Toyota Service Chatswood five stars.

Have been using chatswood toyota since 1994 for 6 cars. Mechanics good. Recently have dealt with 3 service advisors. 1 good 1 ok and 1 poor.

Excellent greeting and explanation of planned service. Service Centre is clean with plenty of room with coffee and tea. Car delivered on time.

I like Chatswood Service Centre - they are easy to book online, you can drop the car off, and wait in their waiting room (I work there too), and they returned the car within 2 hours. Very happy with the service here. Far better than other service centres I've dealt with.

30000 Service. Tire balance not done! Cabin filter not replaced! Hi Toyota thanks for your email but I don't have time to waist anymore. New car you should know how to do your work.

Charged me more than twice the price of other genuine spare parts and forgot to call me when the item arrived at Chatswood, like they said they would.

When I tried to book a service I was told that my 'capped price servicing' was void because I was 5 days late booking in.

We just done the service today.
After 4 hours they did the service, we picked up our car then we find out they didn’t wash the car (which is they said car wash is including in the general service)
the friendly staff said they can wash it now just give them 15 minutes, 30 minutes later I get the car back, but they didn’t clean it well.
I did the same service in Lidcombe Toyota they did it very well.
I know the car service is not only for the outside the inside is more important,
But outside is the first image, if they can not even do the outside well, how can I feel they do the inside well?
I have to say it’s not a good experience for me.
And I booked for $199 general service (including car wash) but in the end, he charge me more than 400! It is crazy!
How can they charge the price without asking us?

I only use the guest's lounge for 30 mins, it's pretty good for rest, and have coffee and food,
they also have the bus service can use, but I didn’t know before we go there, we might use it next time (if we still want back to.)

Very friendly and courteous young staff member greeting us. Spacious clean lounge area, with coffee and banana bread provided. Outstanding service completed on time. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
