Chatswood Radiology

The staff employed here are very unprofessional, Lots of young inexperienced with no one guiding them. They are the cheapest for a reason, Pay the extra and go elsewhere.

I do not understand the bad reviews for Qscan Chatswood. I just had an MRI done there and the whole process was seamless. I initially tried to phone to book in my appointment but it rang out, I can understand why too as they are so so busy at reception, but I filled in the online request form and someone got in contact with me very quickly. I went in today 20 minutes before my appointment as requested, filled out some standard mandatory paperwork and then was taken straight through to get ready for the MRI. It was so so easy.
A big thank you to the ladies at reception and to the lady that performed my MRI, I do apologise as I didn't get their names but they were all fabulous!

I don’t think they are the most thorough scanning place. Had an internal ultrasound which I’ve had done before and took 15-20 minutes. This only took 5 minutes. Yes for me it was bulk billed which probably explains the lack of care but so were the others.

This place is really disorganised. I had an internal ultrasound last week. I was told to book in with a doctor Tuesday/Wednesday for the results. Considering I had the internal ultrasound on Friday, this is ample time. The doctor still has not received the results of the internal ultrasound.

Helpful staff and friendly technicians.

Parking can be tricky with Westfield. It's a 5 to 7 minutes walk as you have to park and walk through the crowded shopping centre.

Car park around the streets is rare to find. Privileged idiots may be traced taking up double parking spaces on the streets.

The ultrasound I did here, the receptionist and the doctor were very nice. My English is not good, here is Chinese service.

Amazing service. Hope never to be back but if I do need an xray the staff here are incredibly nice.

4.8 - Had a wonderful experience with the staff here today when I brought my Mother in for ultrasounds. From the moment I booked, they were kind and helpful. They showed genuine care, bringing out warm water for her to drink rather than the freezing cold water at the water cooler. We were also so lucky to have staff who could speak Cantonese conduct the scans so my Mother, living with dementia, could feel at home and easily move/breathe into the positions staff wanted. Amazing work! Thank you to all staff, including the lady who was on the phone with me for the booking the 3rd time and everyone with their patience.

I came here for a kidney /prostate ultrasound.
Why I gave them five stars -
1. They have an electronic ticketing system that lets you know where you when waiting in the que.
2. The receptionist was efficient and told me the scans would be sent directly to my doctor - probably the next day.
3. The technician performing the scans was also quick and efficient.
4. My doctor had the results of the scans the same day. That’s pretty fast service.

This is a good example of how a business should be run. Everything was done with minimum fuss and the service was quick. They also bulk billed.

If I need future scans I’ll know where to go. Highly recommended if you need any type of scans or X-rays.

Thank you for such a great service today. So quick and staff was wonderful. Service straight away. I didn't stay even 30mins. Clean and fast service.

Always a great experience at Qscan, from booking to getting an Xray or ultrasound. Lovely staff always, never had a problem.

The receptionist is nice and helpful. Location is easy to be found. What I don't like is that the US radiologist is not patient. I was not familiar enough on the process, not sure what to do for next step. I would like to know whether the images will be sent to doctor directly. But before I asked, the radiologist close the door quickly.

I actually had a very bad experience here, came in for a first pregnancy ultrasound, the radiologist was very uncomforting, and didnt explain what was happening.i had a previous miscarriage, and the radiologist was aware of that and after not finding a heart beat at 6 weeks, she was not comforting, told me to refer to my doctor, and didnt even explain anything a she was doing my can.i had a panic attack after my appointment in chatswood westfield and it completely ruined by experience.would not recommend.please train your staff to be compassionate and also to explain while they are doing a scan so that the woman is aware of what is going on!

The radiologist Isabelle was very kind and succinct in her care. She seemed to know her field well and was clear in diagnosing my symptoms.
Do note however, this clinic has a long wait time for walk-ins. I booked my appointment the day before, so I was called in within few minutes. So I was very satisfied with their prioritization.

Really helpful staff at Qscan Chatty today. By chance, they were able to accomodate a same day booking for a spinal CT scan.

The team were very helpful and got everything sorted in the mentioned timeframe after a slight wait due to the high amount of calls into the Clinic which I can’t fault them for! The lady nearest the door was really helpful even though she had two calls on hold!

AVOID AVOID AVOID this centre if you don't know Australia's native language, Chinese! The receptionist booked me in for a completely different MRI procedure and wasted my entire day! They definitely don't know what they are doing. DO NOT LET THE LOWER COSTS FOOL YOU!

Terrible experience. Do not go there. They don't even know how to read a simple referral letter. I beleive even one star is too much!

I can not recommend this clinic enough! Front desk staff has a lovely calming presence about her. Nothing was rushed during the appointment, staff were easy to talk and happy to answer any questions we had. Massive thank you for making my day and putting my mind at ease. Will def be back xx

I would NOT recommend. Reception staff don't know how to read a simple MRI request form and kept calling and confusing my medical history with the actual part of my body which needed the MRI. Too much confusion and way too many phone calls. I booked elsewhere and had no problems there.

Best pricing in Sydney for an MRI. Costed only $195 in contrast to other places in Sydney where you can pay up to $400.

This place opens early and super close to the station, which is convenient if you're working close by.
I booked an early morning appointment. The ladies were polite. Had my MRI done in an hour. The report was also sent to my GP the same day so I was able to see my doctor in the evening.
