I recently had my Tesla repaired at Chatswood Prestige and I was impressed with the quality of their work. George is friendly, professional & very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of Tesla vehicles. My car was returned to me looking as good as new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Chatswood Prestige to anyone in need of smash repairs.

I took my model 3 here after an excess of clumsiness saw me reverse into a concrete wall. From a "drop in and we'll have a look" it was immediately clear that they knew what they were doing, and I didn't hesitate in making an insurance claim to have the work properly carried out by these guys instead of paying myself for the cheaper and faster "fill it and paint it" options available from other dent repair places. I've been unfortunate enough to have another (not at fault this time) minor accident and again I did not hesitate to send the car to George, who has been excellently accommodating as he was the first time. From experience, they do take a little longer and that mainly seems to be because they will replace parts instead of bodging them up, which is what you expect for "premium" vehicles. I'm looking forward to a quality repair. They also seem to have a hire car arrangement available, which is excellent, and I will be looking into, however I have cover with my insurer for "unlimited hire car" which covers the hire vehicle so may not be able to take advantage of that, but will be checking.

Although I am considered quite a wordsmith, it is still not easy to heap enough praise on Chatswood Prestige Accident Centre, a Tesla Approved Body Shop. I have dealt with them now on two occasions since taking ownership of my Model 3 in September 2019, luckily none of the incidents my fault.
I have had 2 medium size jobs and a minor repair to be done over this time. The first one I had done elsewhere but after my other experiences with Chatswood Prestige since then, would never go elsewhere again. The most recent repair was as a result of a car door flung into my parked car which Sentry mode captured efficiently and the police and the insurance company did their parts before Chatswood Prestige took over and made it a seamless experience.
You wouldn’t have seen a busier place, with such huge arrivals and departures boards recently, unless overseas travel has resumed for you. George Kharadjian is the public face of the business and handles the check-in and check-out process with ultimate efficiency. He reminds me of the Speaker of the Lower House; he keeps everything ticking over and moving forward in such an efficient and diplomatic manner. I received notification via SMS that my repair was half-complete, then almost finished, before a personal call from George to set an appointed collection time.
Due to the rain, I got a supervised detour through the spotless workshop and a glimpse at those impressive wall mounted boards that George uses to track the progress of the ultra-busy workshop. My car has always been returned to me spotlessly clean inside and out and all work is guaranteed, naturally.
If you need your Tesla repaired, I sincerely doubt you will get better service anywhere in the Sydney region.

Everyone is dealing with supply chain issues when it comes to parts but George provided regular updates, clear communication and was gracious in his handling of a very challenging process to sort out my Model 3 crash repair. George and the team were amazing, working with my insurance to get my bumper resprayed. Highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The car looked amazing, as George went to the extra effort of doing a full clean before returning it to me.

George and his team consistently make the process of having my car repaired so easy and hassle free. It’s very frustrating having another driver damage your car, let alone also managing three young children through the process of having the car assessed, repaired, insurance claims, and collecting hire cars etc.

I’ve had my car repaired through Prestige twice now and both times ther team have made the process easy and straight forward. I really appreciate the level of care and consideration they continue to demonstrate. I was also extremely delighted to find my car had been detailed when I picked it up! Those finishing touches certainly make all the difference.

Very good and smooth experience with my rear bump and tailgate replacement. Other party fault, got a model 3 as loan car during the fix.

This was a great experience, I dropped the car for repairs where I had full explanation of what's happening and when can I expect the car to be done. (It was finished even before the expected day which was a great surprise)

On Sunday 14-11-21, I got a minor car accident in my Tesla.
I called Chatswood Prestige, George’s response was great. He invited me to come to his body shop, approved to open the shop and accepted to take my car.
Because I had my family with me during the accident and we live 100kms away from the body shop, he offered me to take a curtsy car till I sort everything with the insurance company.

After the insurance company approved the claim, George and his team ordered the necessary spare parts and we faced a lot of delays to receive them in Australia because they are ordered from overseas.

George managed to give me my car back on 23-12-21 before Christmas which I really appreciate
