Chatswood Auto has been my only auto repairer for the last 15 years, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Robert and Enzo have always been very helpful. Today my special thanks goes to Robert who offered me the use of his own car because of my mobility issues. A true gentleman and a very kind man. Thanks to all the team.

Slight fubar on something missed on the service, but to the credit of the guys they sorted me out quickly and professionally the next day.

I called up today to ask about a rough idea of a price to replace my rocker cover gasket and a degrease on my Toyota Hiace, the man on the phone was extremely rude with a hell of a temper.i just find it unnecessary to get worked up with a question like mine. I understand that its hard to give exact prices over the phone but there is a lot better ways to communicate that to people. You don't need to yell down the phone at someone. I'm just looking for an honest trust worthy mechanic. Obviously Chatswood Auto Repairs do not care for new customers.

Did my fist servicing as new customer, while I use my car only for local use (10mins drive X4) 2 days later engine light was ON, went back & figured diagnostic fault codes appeared for thermostat which was 'only cleared' from the car's computer system then, although it was clearly mentioned in the receipt that vehicle "needs" thermostat replaced!
Week after, engine light was ON again, air-con was not working so had to re-visit, was compelled to leave me car ‘only’ to fix the air-con [my intuition was telling - I suppose it was the owner who did not want my car to be taken elsewhere to fix the issue! ] when returned, was told he had already ordered thermostat for my vehicle (without my consent), charged a non-refundable amount, himself not knowing when the part is going to arrive, & pushed to wait another week to get the problem fixed. I was being understanding still at this point & acted naïve thought the company could be trusted, efficient, reliable & customer-centred [found it was not in my perspective].

After a dozen times of back & forth which took almost a month to fix 1 problem!
Obnoxious owner {not sure whether he is speaking to u or the papers while taking}, rest of the staffs were friendly and good customer service. Just want to wish Good luck for company with such management.

I got a puncture in the next street, these guys came out free of charge and helped us out! Absolute champions!

Phenomenal service, very professional, generous with their time, and they didn’t even charge me! After hours of investigating, making calls and trying to save the car eventually decided it would cost many thousands so helped me get $500 from a wrecker and charged me nothing. Robert and Enzo genuinely cared and tried as hard as they could to help out. Full marks for customer service, would go back anytime

Brought my car here for a blue slip after being quoted $800 for repairs from another mechanics. Received my Blue slip with no additional work required. Honesty is priceless and found my Sydney service center!

Had a dead headlight bulb. Went in, got a new bulb set, and out within 30 minutes. All for 30$. Can't complain.

Efficient, courteous and well priced when compared to dealership's pricing. This is particularly true if you are driving a European make car and no longer have included servicing for your car.

These guys have exceptional service, they are amazing. I did a lot of screening before choosing a mechanic when I moved to Sydney and these guys exceed expectations every time! I will not go anywhere else.

Old school service, nice bunch of guys, Enzo is very experienced with motorcycles. They’ll always do their best to look at problem while you wait. I’m a repeat customer for several years. All good. Recommended.

Highly recommended. Honest and accurate opinions. I took my vehicle for safety check, they refused to charge me stating my vehicle has no issues and it’s quite new.

I live 4 hrs away and I had car trouble while visiting but they were able to fix my car with very little notice, they were friendly, amazing and incredibly trustworthy. I will deffinately be bringing my car back if I have trouble while visiting again.
