Chatime UTS

This Chatime has my heart, its my number 1 bubble tea place. They always have great customer service and the drinks are always amazing. Love them?

As a UTS student i've came here a couple times and ordered the thai milk tea majority of the visits. I've liked the quality of the thai milk tea that was made by 2 young boys working. I forgot leave a review but i hope this helps out others!

Drink was poorly shaken or unevenly measured so it came out a watery mess. Happens the majority of the time I order, no matter the time of day.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered through the screen and asked for no ice and no sugar in my drink, when I received my drink it had both ice and sugar. And when I told the worker that I typed no sugar and no ice he started to argue and said no you didn’t, then after arguing more he said (in front of other customers) “ I don’t believe you but I will make another one” with a sarcastic tone, and when he gave me my drink I told him you can’t just accuse customers of lying, you need to work on your customer service skills. Instead of apologising he kept on arguing in front of other customers then I asked for his full name to report him to the manager. I hope this review reaches the manager so this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Worst tea place, I got a taro milk tea, was absolutely disgusting and the milk was completely curdled. I asked for half ice and received none. When I received the cup, My drink was warm and spilling over the sides which made my drink sticky. I went back and asked them if they could change it so she did, and then when I receive said it was pretty much the same. After I took one sip, through the whole drink out. Not worth it, left with a sour taste in my mouth. Got to gotcha fresh tea upstairs, way better tea and taste for your money.

Worst drink I have ever had. I saw them completely water down my milk tea as it had no ice so they just poured straight tea into it. Milk tea is meant to be thick, it legit tastes like water. Not to mention they don't strain the jelly so you just get heaps of syrup and no jelly. Very low standards and i saw them give out a drink that wasn't completely full. Waste of money, go to kingtea or gongcha much better tea there. These staff did not care about making their drinks to the correct standard. Dont go here!

I love the convenience of this chatime as a UTS student but way too often I order 1/2 sugar drinks and they are made full sugar and way too sweet!

Ordered a thai milk tea, it tasted like sweetened water rather than thai milk tea, and then i had noticed that there was a fly in my tea: (

Ordered through ubereats, they don't use the normal cups with heat sealing. Instead clear coffee cups with lids which fell off during delivery.

Missing this chatime the most! Shout out to the workers chris and prashant for the amazing consistent drinks and lovely customer service! Definitely gonna be back when lockdowns over!?

Jealous of the students who go uts because they get to have the best tea in the world on their campus!: D and the best customer service! The self serve kiosk is so convenient to have, and I always leave with a smile on my face! You’ve got a super happy customer right here! Highly recommend this chatime c:

Please triple check what u ordered at the front desk. Their team member might hard to hear u or understand what you want.
When I said 30% sugar, she gave me regular; when I said lychee black tea, she said £}*€> green tea. What.
But I still love chatime tea anyway. Even it was too sweet to me.

Love me some bubble tea, & the young girl was very helpful & went through my choice of flavors ect.

Well prepared bubble tea, the pearls were amazing. Great vibe in the newly build UTS food court. Would definitely go back.

Unlike other Chatimes in the area, these guys have ordering touch screens that you can use. This is especially handy when the place is buzzing with customers (as it frequently is) and ensures you're not misheard or the wrong order isn't placed. Staff are friendly here.
