My sister and I order from here every time and the drinks never disappoint We are addicted and have been coming here for almost 3 years now

We often come here for the same drinks and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
The shop layout is great where you can sit down and recharge your mobile devices as they have outlets on the benches.

They have a large range of bubble tea on the menu. The only advice would be the flavour consistency of the drinks. There has been days where they have been too watery despite ordering full sugar. And other days where the sweetness is perfect.

Keep up the great customer service though because it comes a long way. Thank you so much.

Ordered premium pearl milk tea, got “premium” pearl water. Taste so bland.tap water tasted better.

Went I went there, there was only one person working there and she looked very young so I got a bit worried on the quality of the drink but once I tasted the drink I was amazed it’s one of the best bubble teas i’ve ever had here she made it to exactly how I wanted it. I think her name was Luella but um not quite sure

I ordered coconut milk tea, I got a what tea ever. It’s definitely not coconut milk tea. When I went back to the shop, the lady was still in a fog and spent minutes to know she did a wrong drink.

Worst milk tea my girlfriend and I have ever had. Ordered 2 taro milk teas, with ice. Both were lukewarm. For some reason, they were made hot, with ice added at the end, so the ice melted instantly and ended up as a warm drink, neither hot nor cold. Also, each tasted different from the other. One was so sweet that I wasn't drinkable. The other, had almost no sugar, and was barely drinkable.

I buy there alot and it’s usually really good but this one time there was 2 old people one man and one lady the lady was good but then the old man was so rude I had ordered a drink no ice he gave me ice I said sorry excuse me I said no ice so he scooped out the ice which left me with half a drink then he added so milk to top it up my drink was just plain milk no flavour the only thing that gave it flavour were the jelly I got.
You should fire them

I love Cha Time, but I went yesterday it was not the best. I got there at around 11.30 not knowing that it opens at 12, so I went down to the local park, for a half an hour, came back and I wanted to try the new brown sugar flavour, so I go to order it, and the lady goes "Oh sorry, black pearls aren't available at the moment, they just went into the cooker. " So I asked how long that would take, she said 1 hour! So, went to McDonalds for lunch, came back that 1 hour later at 1.15 and there was the BIGGEST queue! So we order and because there were so many people and only one lady working there, our drinks took forever, I said to myself, if I don't get my boba in the next ten minutes, I'm gonna walk out. So I'm there, waiting, waiting, waiting and finally the lady called my order.
I was so happy and so relieved. The boba was absolutely AMAZING! I definitely recommend the new brown sugar milk tea flavour. The boba was great, not complaining about that, it was just the service! Why would you put the pearls in the cooker as soon as you open? Because while they're cooking, anyone who wants black pearls will have to wait 1 hour for them to cook! Why not just put them in the cooker at 11, so when you open at 12, they can cook while you're setting up rather than having them cook when people want them!? But the wait was really worth it, because I think that was the best boba I've ever gotten. Definitely getting that again! XXX

Good store but I reckon Hey Fresh, Ten Fourteen and No Fail in the area are better options for bubble tea. The pearls here are bigger in size than the other three stores.

Everything else is fine, i like the mango popping balls.but the matcha latte is just tasteless. No sweet at all.

And your custard topping, tastes AWFUL! I’ve never had salty custard with sweet drink in my life and it is too salty too!

Great milk teas and fruity green teas. I like the option of being bring able to change sweetness levels if my drinks. I prefer my milk teas with half the normal amount of sugar otherwise they are too sweet for me. Also a plus that they accept Amex and is a participating business in the Amex Shop Small promotion.

I have ordered 3 oolong milk tea with pearls. They are super plain feel like just milk and tea (no sugar, no sweetness) even I ordered the regular one, and they gave me the small straws, which I could not use for the pearls.so disappointed.definitely wont recommend this for anyone!

The man that was working at 9pm on Friday night was smashing the teas out. He was on his own and it was so busy. He deserves a raise.

It's okay bubble tea, not the best, but service was good and fast. Pearls were actually quite sweet, I love that, and the 1/2 sugar level was on point. 6,55 for a large Premium Bubble tea with Pearls is a bit pricey though

This is my favorite Cha Time. The staff really puts in the effort to make the best drink. Vanilla with custard is simply amazing.

Chattime was my favorite drink since i was in malaysia.
Taste and price are reasonable. When me and my husband having walking date night. We will sure get chattime!

Great bubble tea. I leave the uni as opposed to going to a different brand on campus. Also I avoid the brand next door. This one beats all.

Highly disappointed and angry at this Chatime. On the app I ordered a Premium Pearl Milk Tea, only to get to the place and be told that they were out of pearls. They were refused to give me a full refund and instead filled up my Milk Tea with a custard topping! It was disgusting and ruined the taste of the milk tea and made me pay for the full price

Even late in the day 7pm this place had pearls! Most other places would have run out of pearls by then.
