I love Chatime iced tea, it’s the best! And Emma is so lovely and friendly. She always greets me with a smile, makes my tea the way I like it and has it ready for me when I get there. Thank you

Bad watery milk tea.doesn't taste anything good. Add to that bad attitude of the people serving tea who don't even care

The product is good but the staff aren't very friendly or welcoming, at least not the ones I dealt with across 3 visits

Overpriced and milk tea is weak. Couldn’t taste any tea, couldn’t taste any milk, it’s so bland and diluted and it’s $8! Such a rip off. The owner of this franchise and staff need to drink cha time in Taiwan, Malaysia or Singapore to know what a cha time standard should be. Not coming back here anymore.

Lovely workers, delicious drinks! I enjoyed my experience there and I think all the workers are amazing.

This is by far my favourite restaurant ever. Just pop over order something then it will be done in 2 mins. My favourite is the mango and strawberry and honeydew milk tea with no sugar and no ice. If you don’t feel like sugar just get the premium pearl with no sugar or the lychee fruit tea with no sugar. Also all the toppings are fantastic. Chatime has a lot of items on the menu. You can also get it delivery. I wish this place was open during the night!

Drinks were not made in accordance with standard instructions. All our drinks were really watered down and toppings were a fraction of other cha time branches. Disappointing.

Usually the staff are really friendly & great service.
I would rate it no stars but it won't let me.
Today 7 Jan 2021 the staff were really rude after I ordered my tea with no ice. Due to sensitive teeth I'm unable to drink anything with ice.
I've previously ordered this & it's no problem at all. I have never been told that I have to have ice.
They both were talking at me (not to me) both at the same time. Very hostile & rude. They actually told me to go elsewhere.
Never been treated so poorly & expected better service, the same service as every other time I've visited.
After tasting my tea I was even more disappointed as it was mostly water with a hardly any tea flavoring.
I have ordered this same drink for months & never had any issues with flavour or customer service.
I paid for 4 large waters with some popping pearls. What a rip off.
Sad that the 2 people working there treat anyone like this. They don't know anyone's circumstances wether someone's working & has the $ to waste on drinks of water. Or if the person is experiencing mental health issues brought in by this pandemic. Where u would expect people to be nicer especially because some of us may not be doing to well.
What mat seem like nothing to them may be the one thing that the customer was looking forward to all week. It may be the thing that makes or breaks a persons day.
It doesn't cost any money to treat people with respect & kindness.

On the 16/8 at around 3pm I experienced the rudest discriminating customer service. A staff member I believe his name was Hashiv, refused to serve my daughter because she was not wearing a mask. I even showed him the government website stating that if kids are under 12 it is not Mandatory. At first he said it was store policy then he said he was doing it to protect himself. I was wearing a mask but my daughter who is under 12 was not and she wanted to order her own! He was very rude, I told him if he was so scared he should be at home, another gentleman heard how rude he was to me and my kids and he even stopped to tell him kids under 12 don’t need to wear one and it’s up to the parents discretion if they do or not. He still refused. I told him I was going to complain about him but he still refused. He was very rude to myself and my children. I will not be returning. Could you send your staff current rules and even put make him wear a shield if he’s that frightened to work in an outdoor kiosk and serve kids!

I always have great experience in this place including the drinks and service. Staffs are very efficient and tea is always in a good quality. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

This review is long overdue, but so well deserved. It’s for Emma & Angeline! They won’t remember me now, but I was the customer who had quite a few questions re: sugar and ingredients. How annoying, I know. I was on a necessary health cleanse at the time. If they had been unkind in any way— I’d understand. But they were patient, bubbly & kind, informative and so easy. I just want to thank them both. Good service is never forgotten. These two are worth keeping around.

The girl working here at exactly this time and date was so rude. Too bad I used to love Chatime especially here in Bondi but I don’t think I’m coming back because of this rude girl. To the owner/management please educate and train your staff I know it’s late and we’re all tired but it doesn’t mean they can be rude.

Love Taro milk tea with pearls and milk foam, as well as Lychee green tea with pearls and grape jelly. Have been a regular for a while now and they have good standards

Staff were friendly, service was quick. Great selection of teas and milk tea! My favorite is their pearl milk tea. Seriously craving for it almost everyday. It’s a no wonder why their lines are always so long.

I would rate eastgates chai time minus zero if i could.
The staff where rude & discourteous today 7/1/21.
I have been here before many times & the staff service & product have always been excellent. Thats what kept me returning.
But not today, i have never been treated so poorly. I will never ruturn if the same staff are still working there.

Eastgate chatime pearls are definitely larger and more chewy! Luv it! Staffs r excellent and friendly. Worth it!

Tried the latest bobo tea and it tasted very good. Wonderful service from Cody. Will visit again.

Refreshing bubble tea and smoothies, a really healthy alternative drink. Fruity iced teas that are delicious and served quickly with a smile.

Good service, very friendly. However there are big issues with the eftpos going offline and being forced to use cash.

Seriously they have every flavour you can imagine, great presentation and recycle the cup it's amazing.
