Used to be ok, now it’s absolutely dreadful. Last “frozen” I had was just a juice with ice, horrible. Service was terrible as well, get people that actually care about what they’re doing.

I placed my order and the girl working never started making my drinks. Was too busy setting up after 9: 30 opening time. They were old of raspberry cheesecake and Berry burst Barbie drinks. Was only able to get the new Strawberry Swirl Barbie drink (frozen) but was given raspberry popping pearls not the Strawberry heart jelly like I wanted. Disappointed. Had great experiences in the past - not this time! I was very excited for the new Barbie drinks but overall experience ruined the hype! Very slow service! Deleting the app.

Drinks are good, employees are friendly though sometimes it seems like there isn’t enough staff for how busy it gets. But overall never had a bad experience, some of the other reviews complain about slowness which is fair enough but don’t seem to mention how busy it is not only with physical customers but Ubers and such. They work hard big up cha time. They need to bring back the chai and relax and white pearls:)

The worst Chai time customer service ever. Been there twice and both times there was smth wrong with my order. Waiting time is way too long for a simple drink. Now they gave two of my drinks full of ice when I clearly asked not to. They also didn’t give me a large straw for pearl milk tea, and how am I supposed to drink it? Extremely disappointed

Ordered four drinks on a Tuesday afternoon, store wasn’t busy at that time but took them more than 20 min to prepare. Two of the drinks don’t even have ice on it. Terrible customer service

Premium pearl milk tea is weak in tea flavour and was dotted with white stuff - do they use creamer instead of real milk? The pearls were OK.

Ordered a large peach green tea and it tasted amazing. The service was super fast also! Would highly recommend!

NO BDAY OFFERS as advertised! Even after I showed my license and membership card, bcoz the system is not responding, the staff didn't bother to change it manually after request.

Hands down the BEST TARO MILK TEA I’ve ever had! Eastgardens makes it the best out of every chatime I’ve had. Please do not change the recipe!

Amelia also has great customer service & makes an amazing taro milk tea.

I’ll be back tomorrow

Had a good experience before until today, 2 brothers looks not familiar with the work. They spent over 20 minutes to serve 4 cups of bubble tea. Friendly staff and need a bit speed-up.

Ordered a large peach green tea. Seemed completely watered down, lacked any flavour.
Asked the rep to make another, was kindly given another better tasting one.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Gong Cha anyday

NEED TO EMPHASISE THE SLOOOOW SERVICE. By the time I got my drink the ice cream I bought from coles melted it was that slow. Many staff on the floor doing everything but working one had her earphones in having a chat with her long lost cousin, and the others mindlessly looking into the abyss and casually playing cards in front of customers. Drink ended up tasting like mount Franklin.very dissatisfied with the service. There is a reason they are rated 3 stars. Please go to Gong cha instead at the food court upstairs. Check hours tho coz sometimes they closed.

Worst taro milk tea ever! I ordered a large size with Pearl. The powder were not mixed well! The whole time I’m eating the powder when I try to drink it! I was so disappointed and have to throw it away

Worst chatime in Sydney! Brings a bad name to the brand. Service extremely slow and was charged for a drink with red bean but included no red bean. Told the worker and manager and they did not care. Said they dont have any left. No refund due to ordering on their online screens. Never again

There was an issue with my drink today, and not only did the manager step in to assist me in receiving a freshly made drink, but the staff were exceptionally nice and apologetic. Will definitely be coming back to feed my boba cravings and to take advantage of the amazing service! Thanks

Service is incredibly slow. I queued an order and it took 10 minutes for the ordered to be prepared. I don't blame the workers, so much as the manager. 2 workers for he amount of orders there were was not enough. Either get a more efficient system or increase the amount of workers on shift at once.
