The short Asian girl with a nose piercing was very rude and had terrible customer service skills. Each answer she gave was short and accompanied by a scowl. Her attitude was so poor that her other coworker reprimanded her in front of me.

I usually get the matcha latte from chatime but this specific store gave me a super watery latte. The girls were just chatting to each other, EATING KFC while working!? She probably forgot to even add milk to my drink.

Staff is arguing and playing phone. They not even care about my drinks and it’s taste so bad. Especially the girl that 5’1 feet.while I was drinking I kept feeling lumps of sugar. So, I opened it and it’s look like this.

I’m leaving a 5-star specifically for a very young female staff who was looking after the shop on her own just before 8pm on a Saturday. There were ridiculously too many customers for one staff to serve and my husband and I felt bad for her - she looked like she was about to break down but still managed to serve. I suggest for management to look after their staff and improve the roster. I asked for for her name and she said, Isabel.

I did order trough Chatime apps, and I forgot to pick them up on time. When I ask about my order, they said there is no order under my name, and the staff they can’t even help me to solve Tom problem.

This is the best Chatime I have been to in Sydney and had a good customer service experience as well as good fruit tea

Staff should fulfill orders then continue with their personal conversations. It's quite ridiculous to wait for my drink not because there was a string of orders, but simply a chatter that halted the process. Measurements were affected too - the half sugar became full sugar. Prioritise the customer first!

Didn't get served and told me to leave on opening hours. In addition. It's my birthday too.

Drink was fine but the young girl at the counter was busy chatting with her colleague who seemed to be in the storage room the whole time. She was still chatting to her as she took my order and made my drink.

WORST SERVICE EVER.waited more than 10 mins for 3 drinks and it was not even busy at all. 3 staffs and i dont get it what took them so long. The drinks are tastless. NEVER COME BACK

Rude staff… Doesn’t even know the basic of customer service. If you are not happy with your job pls don’t show it to the customers and serve them with attitude.

I ordered taro milk tea large size. When the girl made it, it was not full. And to fill up, she added water.
So my taro milk tea ended up taste so watery and not cold at all.

Always get my taro milk tea in this shop, and today i also order the taro milk tea but the taste wasnt that good, taste like to much milk and tasteless, and another thing is the young lady who serve me today just so rude, no smile at all. I better walk to coco just about 2 min from townhall station,
So disappointed as a regular customer!

Usually, I have a great experience with this Cha time. The young Asian guy that's usually working there is really nice and friendly, and the service is quick.

Today at around 2: 30pm, 26th February, I ordered 2 drinks with a girl who I assume is new? I hadn't seen her before. She's young, slightly chubby with thick eyeliner and highlighted brown hair. From when I lined up I watched her speak rly rudely to the customers in front of me. Then when it was my turn to order she spoke the exact same way - short, impatient with attitude. I don't know if she was trying to be a 2000s movie mean girl but THAT was how cringe and bad her customer service was.it was embarrassing.

On top of that, she had my order done wrong and only put in one drink. When I told them I had ordered two drinks, the girl serving the drinks went to confirm with her and she wasn't even sure what I ordered. Bro. Then she had the audacity to continue her attitude and offer no apology at all, just made no eye contact and looked away. Embarrassing for this Cha time. The other staff are great tho

This is actually most favorite boba store in my life. Japan is also available, But Australian is a lot better than Japan. I don’t care about Australian life, I just really missing Australian Chatime.

For kids really. Sugar. Goop in a tea based drink. I don't need to try it again. Even when requesting 50% less sugar it's quite a hit.

Not Sure why different Chatime stores make their drinks taste slightly different but for me this store is the one I would go when I crave for a Chatime. They are fast and friendly service.

At around 6pm yesterday, a younger girl served me but she was surprisingly professional and helped me choose the perfect order. Despite it being busy, she made my drink quickly and gave me my drink with a smile. Amazing customer service, will definitely visit again.
