This week I’ve had several services, and they’ve always welcomed me with a smile, completed my treatments to a high standard and always suggest alternatives where they think it will meet my needs better. Most importantly: no hard sell for products post-treatment!

My first time to Charm. I decided to try it after receiving less-than-acceptable service at another local nail place. The service was polite, the salon was quiet and serene. My manicure was thorough and excellent. I immediately rebooked for three weeks. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful experience! My mum and I had our nails done before my wedding last month, and we both got so many compliments. I have been coming to Jennifer for my eyelash extensions for over a year and am constantly complimented and asked where I have them done. Charm Beauty Lounge offers a professional, caring and enjoyable experience in a lovely, new and clean salon. There is now a range of new services on offer and amoung my favourites is the oxygen facial, when combined with a vitamin C facial the texture and tone of myskin has improved out of sight. My 2 teenage daughters also avail themselves of several services including eyelashes, eyebrow waxing and tinting, spray tans and leg waxing. All the staff are incredibly caring and friendly and most importantly we always leave looking fabulous.

Excellent service, very professional and clean, with a great range of colours. I didn’t feel like they were rushing my mani/pedi, they took a lot of care to do it well. I would recommend.

As always, my visit is first class - Jennifer deserves to be successful in her new venture - recommended!

Been going here for 5 years and the service and product is always amazing.had my eyelash extensions done, so easy to relax and sleep or great to have a chat and laugh with the staff.the extensions also always come out looking so good and have never had any infections or problems, i love them so much. 100% recommend these guys <3

First time client today after recommendations from a friend. I booked online which was very convenient. A lovely relaxing beauty salon with warm and friendly staff.
