Was unsuccessful with an application with a rental property managed by Charlotte Peterswald. Disapointed as no text or email was sent out to notify me that I was unsuccessful or that a deposit had been received (despite every other real estate agency in the area doing this). Overall a really poor experience and the agents I dealed with were unpleasant compared to other agents in the area (I was also unsuccessful at these other properties but other agents so far have been a pleasure to deal with).

I've had a fabulous experience with Charlotte Peterswald Eastern Suburbs. Sonia and Andrew have both been wonderful to deal with, and it's been a completely seamless and really pleasurable experience! Based on my experience, I would go out of my way to deal with the agency again.

The team at Charlotte Peterswald helped us to secure our dream rental. Sonia was so friendly and supportive, answering our (many!) questions throughout the process. From application through to securing the property every step was efficient, seamless and personalised. A great agency I would definitely recommend.

Finding a new place is not easy but when I got in contact with Sonia and Andrew about the property they were so professional and genuinely helpful from the start. We had been through many agencies before this looking for places but for a change the guys at Charlotte Peterswald didn't treat us like we were just another number. Their response time to any of our inquiries were almost immediate and when we went ahead with the apartment there was little time wasted in getting us set up and into our new home. It was refreshing to get such good service from an agency in what can be a very stressful time and I would happily recommend anyone looking for a reliable estate agent to get in contact with Sonia or Andrew.

Absolutely awful. They were professional from the beginning but as soon as WE needed anything from them they did not respond to my emails (FOR A MONTH!) and would not return my phone calls. The only person who would pick the phone up was their accounts staff and he would always promise a call back but that NEVER happened. They did not give us any instructions on moving out procedures and didn't send us the last bill (I guess in a hope that we would not enquire about this and would have to pay the late payment fee). On the day we were moving out I actually had to leave the key inside the apartment because the property manager would not respond to my emails or phone calls. During a whole month when I was trying get in touch with the manager nobody bothered to call us except for one staff member who didn't even know we were moving out the next day! He only called me to tell me that there was going to be an inspection in the apartment which I couldn't care less about since we weren't going to be there anymore. Ridiculous. It was a tremendously stressful and frustrating experience with this unprofessional and unresponsive agency who thought they could simply ignore us. I hope nobody has to go through this hell just like we did.

Excellent boutique realtor. Have been a tenant with them for over 6 months now and they've been nothing but lovely. Very refreshing.
