Built with them years ago and the level of service throughout the whole construction was terrible. Including shouting and insulting their clients in the end since they know you're a one time customer. Take your money elsewhere. Also took them 2.5 years to build a double storey house.

They’re by appointment only because they want qualified clients. We’re more than qualified, however, the rudeness in how they do it is off putting and farcical bc they want all your details b4 they let you view their product. While the issue is policy based, the execution by the pompous salesperson at Box Hill Home World was unnecessary.

We chose Charleston Homes as they had all the specs for our Hampton theme and customised it to our architectural plans. We were pleasantly surprised that Tiho the owner even undertook regular site inspection and had identified defects that we did not noticed during construction and that he instructed the contractors to re-rework. We had some variations during construction and they were accommodating of our requests. All back office staff from Colin through to Rob/Antony/Helen were pleasant to deal with. Guy the site supervisor has continued the after service care by providing great customer service post construction. We would definitely build with Charleston again.

We recently used Charleston Homes to build our new home. The entire process was handled very efficiently with great expertise. Whilst we made several changes both before and during construction these variations were always accommodated and reasonably priced. The construction manger assigned was always on hand to assist and was very helpful in resolving any problems we identified. All in all, the experience was a positive one and we achieved a great house on completion. I would definitely recommend Charleston homes to anyone thinking of building an upmarket home.

Building is not an easy process, Charleston Homes were more than happy to make themselves available every time we had a question or concern regarding our build. They were always on sight when they said they would be, always answered our questions promptly. They gave us a quality home for a fair price. We are close to getting handover of our beautiful new Charleston Home. The team have always been a delight to deal with. With any quality build patience is key, that said we have been kept informed every step of the way and our Supervisor Guy has been exceptional in meeting deadlines and ensuring the closest attention to detail and quality is met.
