Terrible haircut the guy was rough and careless and cut my hair in a rush, he cut it uneven and made it look like I had a rat on my head, even when he asked if I wanted a wash I said no and he still made me get a wash, terrible haircut terrible experiences overall.

The barbers here are not very skilled and charge indiscriminately. I've been there for a haircut and showed Sherry a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, and she didn't cut it the way I wanted it to be, very ugly. And the price list shows that it should be $ 40, but she charged me $60, the reason is that I asked her to short the hair below a little bit, I have never met a barber because the customer asked for the hair below to be shorter For a little extra! Sherry is greedy. And she didn't tell me beforehand that there would be an extra charge for cutting it short. And they ask for cash only. I am very disappointed with this barber shop and will never go there again! !

A bit expensive compared to hairdressers on the other side of the train station. Cut and wash was $35 for men. The wash included a really rough and fast massage that honestly was straight up painful. Hair cut was ok.

Sherry discussed how she's going to cut my bf's hair, showed us one of the styles on the wall. The finishing result looked nothing like the photo! Male cut no shampoo meant to be $27 and she charged $35.

100% horrible experience. We discussed how the hair will be done and she showed me an image saying this is the style we would do. It turned out 0% like what we discussed nor anything like that image, and my long hair was so damaged by the perm that had to be cut short and treated for repair later at a different hair salon at a reasonable price. The ordeal took forever because she was too busy doing the men's haircut, and I was being charged a ridiculous price for the mess.

I got my hair cut today and i am complete disappointed at their services. I understand business just recently open after lock down so i patiently waited for 3 hours to get my hair cut. I had my hair cut at this place before and it was good.but today Sherry cut my hair and it is a disaster! I gave her the picture of the hair cut i want and she cut my hair really short! I look absolutely ridiculous with my fringe and it is nothing close to the picture! She did not give me any recommendation and blow my hair after the cut, she did it hurriedly and without the normal dedication in the business! While she washed the hair for the boys and blown their hair afterwards! And I paid her $50! I will never go this place again because clearly this place values money more than their customers!

Super friendly staff who always give great haircuts. When you get your hair washed there’s a lovely head massage that comes along with it. Highly recommend this salon.

Charles cut my hair. He was very rough and cut my skin with the clippers. When he washed my hair he was really rough and rushed it, he pushed really hard on my head and irritated my nerves and I started getting radiating pins and needles down to my shoulders. He asked if I wanted wax but just slapped some on and rubbed it in without a care. It looked horrible.

Wonderful staff! Charles and Sherry have been a staple to Eastwood for years and offer great service and great cuts.
