Worst real estate mistake I've ever made.
Rang one time, then had to remainhere because of covid, they harassed me for almost 3 years even during covid while everyone was in quarantine, cold calls, texts, phonecalls, it became terrifying.
I had to start a police report a few months ago because of the continued harassment. I blocked every call and texts, they still kept contacting me.

I went for an inspection listed by them in Blue Mountains area (Linden suburb) and drove an hour to reach site only to find out that they had accepted the offer a day before. I had sent them a message 2 days before that I was coming to inspect and also tried to call the agent a few times before going to inspection but no response or call back. They didn’t update the listing either that the offer is accepted. Not only me but atleast 12 other people I saw there had to return because the offer was accepted more than 24 hours ago. Why can’t you simply update the listing or let people know that the property is not available anymore. Half the day wasted for all those who drove from Sydney.

Sarah Watson, is a fantastic, well presented and professional realestate agent to work with, who goes above and beyond what any buyer would expect. We were interstate buyers that needed to purchase a home in the Glenbrook area. Sarah offered to view the property via video link before coming down and see it first hand, making our decision to put a deposit down site unseen very easy. Sarah is very knowledgeable of the Blue Mountains/ surrounding areas and was very equipped to answer any questions we had. We engaged with Sarah at Chapman's Real Estate after having a positive experience with her when trying to purchase home. Although we missed out on that home we felt really listened too and understood by Sarah throughout that process. So, when it came time to sell, we researched the area. Think very carefully about renting with this agency. After leaving i have had intimidating harassing emails asking me to pay for household wear and tear and requests to cut down trees over 12 foot high down. They are withholding bond repayment.

Horrible service. If you want unprofessionalism, unethical selling tactics and rudeness from top to bottom, then go and see these guys.

Milton sold our home with a reduced marketing spend, using his contact list. We were able to upsize to a very affordable home and both offices facilitated a complex transaction for us. Milton is a great operator with a lot of connections and his sales and marketing experience shows, as well as his knowledge of the local market. I would recommend selling through Chapmans based off this experience.
