Amazing team, great communication right from initial quote through to completion. Very efficient. Final work on ensuite was 10 out of 10 results! All tradespeople that attended site were polite, professional and skilled. Costs were fair, reasonable and realistic.

Peco Dimitrievski of Chandolin Construction along with his team has recently undertaken an extensive extension and renovation on our property at Killongbutta.

From the outset, Peco was responsive and interested in our project, he was willing to discuss our project at length to get an understanding of what we were seeking to achieve ahead of preparing a quote.

Our project was extensive but despite this Peco's capacity to accurately quote the project meant that the project came in under budget desite the well documented recent supply chain challenges and material delays. He was very communicative and always let us know if/when things might be delayed although he had made every effort to reduce the impact of this.

The quality finish of our job speaks to Peco's high standards and workmanship. We were consulted on our selection of materials and improvements were recommended by Peco along the way which exceeded our expectations and led to a great outcome.

Peco has a great team around him, Courtney was wonderful when designing our bathrooms and Sarah has been fantastic to deal with regarding our contract and payments. Peco had a number of apprentices working on our job and we observed the strength of his leadership when dealing with staff and subcontractors in the way he took time to show his team what was required, explained the job and as a result we achieved the desired outcomes.

Overall we could not have been more pleased with our project, not just from the perspective of what we have achieved but the building process was made easy due to Peco's professionalism, great communication and friendly nature.

I was at Bathurst for the race, At the entry gate security searched my car and told me I wasn’t allowed in because I had power tools In my car. He said I had to drive 3 hours back home to drop them off. So I drove out and came across Peco from Chandolin Constructions he saved me a 3 hour drive by letting me store my tools in his shed. Thank you Peco you were a life saver.

Chandolin Constructions- Peco & Sarah and their team are wonderful. In our "brave new world" [read: - scared-post-COVID- world] they continue to deliver. Realistically (in view of known constraints) but as quickly as possible. They are communicative of any issues as they arise. They acknowledge problems but, more importantly, work cooperatively to devise and implement solutions.

Unfortunately doesn't service outside the Bathurst area but prompt and professional replies to queries.

Chandolin are absolutely amazing. True professionals and a great bunch of people. The lengths they have gone to for us and getting our renovations done has been beyond belief. Their work is thoroughly considered and of the highest standard. I recommend them to all and will definitely be engaging them for all future renovations.

After purchasing a dated house, we contacted Chandolin Construction to see what could be done to modernise it. Peco and his team did a great job with the building and arranging plumbing, electrical, concreting, replacing bathroom and kitchen. Great tiled fireplace as well. Then we decided to cover in the outdoor area! Chandolin team to the rescue! We highly recommend Peco, Sarah, Courtney and the team.

We got Pecco and team in to do a full bathroom gut and redo. Pecco and Matt were wonderfully easy to deal with and gave great suggestions and help in choosing some options. Nothing was too big or small to ask. Highly recommend and will definitely be getting back out when we do our laundry!

We have had the best experience with Chandolin Construstion from the moment Peco came to quote our bathroom renovations. We were very impressed by his approach and we both felt that he was a genuine good guy. Courtney was sensational with supporting us and stepping us through all of the design choices and options. She was there for us every step of the way and nothing was ever a problem. Her beautiful nature and loving spirit was divine to work with. We felt extremely comfortable with their tradesman in our home even when we were on holidays. Matt has been fantastic and his workmanship is awesome. He was more than happy to do anything we asked. There were a few bumps along the way but Sarah and Peco were on top of it ensuring that we were happy with the job. If I could, I would give this team 10 stars for their professionalism, craftmanship, punctuality, communication, courtesy, advice and their teamwork. Would we recommend them? Too right we would!

Whilst normally reserved in providing recommendations for companies, I have no hesitation in doing so for Chandolin Builders. Needing a widened rear entrance doorway for a wheelchair to be able to access safely, Chandolin did such an excellent job I am more than impressed. Regular communication resulted in a perfect access way being built exceeding current Accessible building standards. Far better finished product than previous door put in by another company. The team in attendance were exceptionally polite and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves on each occasion they attended my home. Well Done! Thanks Peco.
