This is the first time with an agency, and it has been such a good experience. The staff are kind and I highly recommend working with them.

Feels like I’m calling an Indian scam line to be honest. First Indian guy had difficulty understanding a simple request, second Indian girl understood immediately, but slight issues with accents. Look India’s great, but this is frustrating I have to be honest!

We set up an interview for a position never heard back. Worst communication some of the staff can’t speak English. Stick to hays or the other big recruitment agencies.

You’re just a number to them, you give them everything they asked for and more, but when you get injured, they will just get rid of you like you’re nothing, they will even try to trick you to sign documents that will condemn you, so you better be very careful dealing with those hypocrites, DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU

This company is full of rubbish. You call in to take a day off 2 hours before your shift & they decide to cancel your whole shift for the following week. They delay your pays & find excuses to get rid of you.

NO JOB!
Both agency & client CCA having a lend wasting your time.
You do however get a free coke at the end.
There are no counterbalance jobs, may be high reach but $11hr under going rate.
So if you have 2 days to waste online and attending an induction feel free if not steer clear & add it to the list of bullyshit agencies!

Started work with them last week. Got told the hours were different to what they ended up being, start times were different.
The induction went okay other then that misinformation and the first 2 days of training were good.
However the trainer on the third day got us in trouble with higher staff members and the on-site agency staff failed to introduce themselves or let us know where they were located if we needed them. We were also told at this point we would have to provide our own fridge suits and colour specific uniform which would be needed before our first pays were due or we would not be aloud to work the next week.

We were given contact details for someone we were led to believe was a chandler rep only to be told rudely by said person that she wasn't and our problems were not hers. That "newbies dont get privileges like full shifts and weekends" all whilst laughing knowing we had been told otherwise.

Our first rostered week as I said the hours and start times were all way off to what we were told. We were told to expect full shifts, overtime and weekends. We were lucky to get 5 hours a day.
The first 2 days on the rostered week were okay, minus when I was nearly squished by a forklift and when I tried to report it I was brushed off and again no chandler rep on-site around to help.
This is when one of our group had enough and quit. Rightfully so, she has a family to provide for as most of us do.
The third rostered day being Thursday (what was suppose to be pay day we were not paid, first told due to public holiday but then later changed to someone forgot to send out hours off to be approved)
I contacted the rude person on-site we had been directed to contact that I would have to see what I could do about getting to work as I hadn't been paid but would try my hardest. She responded by cancelling my shift without telling me.
When I arrived on site that day I was aloud to work 1 hour before being sent home as she had cancelled my shift.
The following day again I attended my shift, there was no equipment available, I tried asking anyone around for help and no one seemed interested, I was even told off by someone I approached for assistance as he thought I wanted his machine when in actual fact I was asking him where I should go or who should I seeing.
I called Chandler and was told to stand around in the warehouse whilst they sent an email hoping someone would call. At that point I had had enough and left.

These are hard and difficult times for everyone at the moment and we workers turn to you guys at agency's to help us get decent work to provide for our families, we trust you guys, work hard, show up and this is what we get in return. All due to a lack of responsibility taken by anyone there, you guys lost 2 staff members with a lot of experience all because Chandler staff dropped the ball and treated us like numbers that meant nothing.

We have both since obtained new positions and I hope this review helps save someone else the time and stress we endured. At least maybe one positive can come from this experience.

For new in, took details then nothing.
When I kept calling they lied about a possible position and then ghosted me.
This was a while ago so I dont how they are now.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND! Would give no stars if possible. Completely wasted my time. They set up an induction to attend at their main office in Wetherill Park (which I took a day of annual leave from my current job to attend), as I am in desperate need of a second job. They made it clear to me and the team I was with that we would be given positions as casuals for this labour position. They advised they would send us rates and times for the warehouse induction that day. After 2 weeks of no contact I called and asked what had happened and I was advised that the position was still available for us all but the company wasn't ready for us, I was told that there was no need to call them back because they would contact me in regards to this position. Nearly a month later I was tired of waiting on this agency to contact me so I made the initiative to call them back and they said the position had been cancelled. Why they didn't contact me to let me know is beyond my knowledge! That would have been the least they could do for wasting my freaking time. This agency is horrible, they lack communication with the good people that are looking for work, they lack empathy and they have no faith in the people they take on. Don't waste your time waiting on people who don't care about you and only care about their status and pay rate.

Definitely the worst agency. I called them a lot of them to arrange an induction for startrack. Half the time they pick up the call and say, "I will send you an email with details and book you in for an induction or I'll call you back" which they never did. That left me no choice but to keep calling them. Most of the time I called they said the induction was on the 16th August 2018 which is today. My last call one of the lady said, "oh there is no induction at all" (which indicated to me that their not interested) and cut me off as if I felt like they don't need to help me. This is probably THE worst agency I've visited with terrible staff and horrifying customer service.
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. WASTE OF TIME

Was supposedly successful in a driver position and promised a call after Xmas break. Heard nothing coming up to my start date as I needed to give notice at my job. No emails, calls or texts and had to chase them with calls and emails! Still nothing and 3 weeks after my recruiter has returned from her annual leave I have called her almost daily for an update and have not even got the courtesy of a phone call advising on the position. Not happy at all. Not very professional from my standpoint. I wasted 3 hours which I will never get back

Called 3 seperate time requesting call back which was never returned. I was also asked by text when was i available to come for interview which i replied a minute later, have not been contacted for 7 days now. Good job Chandler Macleod

Possibly one of the worst recruitment agencies. Was promised work Mon-Fri and got a response by text only to come for 2 days. Waste of time watching videos and group safety induction.
