An amazing experience with very friendly team, all procedures are fair and sounds pleasant, quick responses all the time

Started with Chandler Macleod only a week ago and they have been fantastic. Very helpful with providing me a job within my area of travel and with a great pay and work schedule.

An amazing experience from the first phone call to placement. Everything went so smoothly, from the interviews, fitness test and starting my new role. The easiest process I have ever been through. Also the staff are so helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with absolutely nothing was a problem.

Not professional at all. I had a very bad experience. I was called for a interview to Newcastle. I drove from central coast to Newcastle with 9 month old baby who was crying all the way and parked the car in front of the office and check my email. I found out the interview was cancelled because someone was sick (Ch*******tte). And I was told by email an hour before interview via email. I mean email not even a phone call or message but email.who checks email these days. A professional company would call in my opinion. And I have to return to home with a regret of my decision to trust on Chandler Macleod. I never got any response back since the cancellation of the interview. Anyway I knew I had to move on and I applied same job through APG and I got job straight away.

It's very bad.they can't reply immediately, whether it's emails or phone calls. They will disappear after they get the information they want. Why is there such an intermediary in the service industry?

I am very sorry for them. Chandler is gradually ruining it's reputation.
In my opinion, they act in a dishonest unprofessional manner with people.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Chandler McLeod put me in a job then took it back off me due to pending legal matters that was declared like they ask in their enrolment system. Two weeks into a job get called to the boss' office where i see the CM RM also, they take the job off me citing the above reasons which I already divulged in truthness and fairness. Went back to CM RM due to existing relationship and never heard from again! BEWARE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL USE YOU AND SPIT YOU OUT, THEY DON'T HAVE TO CARE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT

Check your pay slip each week. Incorrect pay is always blamed on their clients. They allow their clients to withhold mandatory PPE as a stock control measure. Chandler account managers are unreliable, lazy and downright incompetent. Their head office would cringe at the unprofessional behaviour and lack of performance from their Newcastle office. Enter at your own risk.

I found Chandler Macleod fantastic. Couple of weeks after submitting my interest in the temp pool I was contacted, interviewed and within a week of the interview I was in a position. This one month temp role resulted in other work in the organisation, which from what I hear is fairly common if you show you're a good fit. The staff I interacted with were just lovely and supportive.

I have already send my resume twice to Chandler macleod.even I didn't get any reply from Chandler.that's is so rediculous.very poor response and service.

Chandler macleod are only there to help themselves and only interested in people with trade qualifications and anyone else can get stuffed going by their attitude towards people looking for work and if they cant make money out of you / forget it

I have been a candidate with CM for approximately 5 years and they have placed me in some great roles during this time. The Management and Staff at Wickham are great people and communicating is easy as very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great recruitment company.

There is absolutely no management at all, no effort to give a call back after saying they would. Disappointed

Have made 2 calls to speak to someone regarding employment prospects following a submission of my resume some weeks ago and no return call. No commitment to people looking for work!

Very unfriendly staff. To busy to have any compassion for employees, don't listen and just generally don't care about the little guys! Cleary their main motivation is profit.

So Chandler depends on who is managing the area you are rostered to. I've seen silly and down right frustrating things happening where you feel like a number and are not given respect.
