A business that prides itself on delivering the best customer service for clients and also candidates. No one gets it right all of the time but the dedication and expertise of staff in their specialised areas goes a long way in delivering customer service above and beyond.

I highly recommend Chandler Macleod to any clients or candidates in the job market. I dealt directly with Dara and he was extremely professional and proactive throughout my experience and overall I was very satisfied. If I’m ever in a position where I’m looking for a new opportunity - I know where to go! Thanks for all your efforts!

I had a great experience onboarding with Chandler-McLeod. Gary and the team were very helpful every step of the way, keeping up dated and anticipating any questions or concerns I may have.

Chandler and Macleod is the most efficient recruitment company that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely friendly team and professional! They contacted me regarding a role that I seemed suitable for, and kept me up-to-date and supporter throughout my application. Even after the process, they made sure that I feel confident and satisfied about the role. Can't thank enough to Andrew and Gayatri for this great opportunity. Best experience ever! I will highly recommend Chandler and Macleod to every job seeker who is looking for a personal recruitment experience throughout the whole process.

Spam calls multiple times a day from them. Keep blocking and reporting and they keep calling on new extensions. Bloody ridiculous

I wish I was able to put 0.5 of a star.
Although being a bystander in this situation, I honestly feel sorry for your clientele if this how they are regularly treated.
I was verbally informed about a job at Big W Hoxton Park NSW, they stated that they were interested and willing to work both AM and PM shifts. However, on further investigations there is NO job currently at Big W Hoxton Park.
Why is your member of staff stating jobs that are not present on either the Chandler Macleod website’s job search or any other job search engines for Big W at Hoxton Park?
Obviously from reading reviews about this agency, it is a regular occurrence to advertise jobs that are NOT available. How is this following the agencies philosophy of “unleashing potential”. To realise ones “full potential” is to achieve the standard that you are capable of, how is this achieved when false information is given it may have a negative impact on an individual’s confidence.
We were verbally informed that a case manager was currently on their lunch break, and that the staff member who was on the phone stated “I just messaged him and he will return the call after his lunch break”. Understandable, that employees get busy especially when leading up to a long weekend, however, I doubt it takes over 3 hours for someone to eat lunch. If the employee was unable to speak to the cliental it would be appreciated that false information is not given.

Isn’t an employment agency meant to offer a range of services including personal coaching, job opportunities and provide ongoing support to help you find a job? According to your website “there is no greater reward in life than seeing someone reach their full potential”, how is an individual meant to reach their “full potential” when none of the above services are given/available. The website also states “ensure you find a workplace where you are safe, happy, rewarded, trained and developed” how is this possible when the agency will not assist in finding a job or provide training, but the clientele will occasionally receive an SMS the day before job, or even only receiving an SMS semi-annually. As well as the workplace and agency not communicating with each other.

Instead of focusing and boasting about the 70 million Christmas cards reached their destination by the time Santa arrived on December 25 due to the exceptional efforts of our people at this busy time of year. Endeavour to assist the Australian public in finding jobs and careers.

I would like to finish this with your quote “It’s said that a company’s greatest asset is its people. But if you don’t have the right people, the real potential of the business is not unleashed”. I personally think this quotation should be analysed better or even implemented
as the people I have been in contact with for your company do not follow this. I presume this quotation was created by employees for employees.

I hope that a positive outcome emerges from this feedback as I want to believe that for “More than 57 years, the Chandler Macleod Group has been in the business of improving productivity through people”.
