It was a good experience when face to face I spoke with Shirin at first time and she gave me the basic info, a couple days later on she sent it through my email, that’s the 2 stars for. But, it was sad I contacted the reception 3 times in a row for a week, because my private info sent back to Shirin and the receptionist and never heard back. Then, I heard she was no longer with the company, but how about my case? The receptionist promised me follow up the ‘urgent case’but Never Heard back from them! Forget about it wasting me time on it

I've been using Chan & Naylor for about 7-8 years for both personal and company/trust tax and always found them to be prompt and helpful with their advice on tax matters and the yearly drudge of annual tax returns is made much easier with Defy, Ershad and Gary doing the heavy lifting. Thanks! The only reason I haven't given them the full five stars is because they could be more proactive in reaching out with tax planning options since a session some years ago, though I'll admit that this is up to me as well. Will be continuing to use them for future tax matters.
