What a regret building with Champion Homes.would receive a new variation for upgrades that I didn't even ask for and I was told I have 7 days to pay the invoice! I have spent over $50,000.00 in variation. This is an absolute joke. Also, When we you ask questions to the supervise Jayson he swearing to us.
On Dec 19 the I got email from Kim for house inspection, when I went to check on they haven’t finish it. I ask my supervisor I wouldn’t sign the paper he told us this is inspect only, you will get finally sign when you get the home key. I have record and took fews people for withins. I got called from Kim to get key without finishing my house. When I explained her she said Jayson wouldn’t force you to sign. What a joke. If I were you I would be definitely taking my money elsewhere

The rep from champion homes called me and during the call, he hung up on me when I was asking about the connection costs.
Just rude.
I guess it’s better they behave like this at first, instead of later one when I’ve handed them loads of money.

I'll keep it simple.

Just don't do it, even if you stand to lose your deposit! Get out while you can.

Champion helped us find an awesome lot to build on and as a first time home buyer, we’ve managed to get so many valued extras on top of our minimal house build after just scraping through with our basic deposit. Excellent standard in build quality and exceptional value for money.

Poor experience, poor material poor service. Stone kitchen benchtop cracked within 2 years. I only put kitchen appliances on top of that. They didn’t do any assessment and just emailed us the crack was caused by standing or sitting, no action. Poor quality! Poor service! Please spend your money somewhere else!

My colour consultant, Veronica, was amazing! She was extremely helpful, insightful, patient, efficient, and always happy to answer any and all questions. Veronica made the entire experience exciting and enjoyable, rather than daunting and overwhelming. Thank you!

What a regret building with Champion Homes. Pre construction Champion homes were great to deal with but that's were it stops. I signed my contract with Champions Homes in March 2019 and my house has still not be completed, I understand that there is a world pandemic but construction only stoped this year for 4 weeks. The contract price was $589,900.00 but each week I would receive a new variation for upgrades that I didn't even ask for and I was told I have 7 days to pay the invoice! I have spent over $30,000.00 in variation and the constructions hasn't even finished. This is an absolute joke. If I were you I would be definitely taking my money elsewhere.

Be prepared to add 20% hidden cost on top of the contract price. Use lawyer to explain every word you sign. Trap here trap there trap everywhere.

They are absolutely terrible! I’d give them 0 if I could we are in the middle building process and so far they have come up with over $40000.00 variation in the cost. Their standard options are horrible and upgrading the smallest thing can cost thousands of dollars $$$
It’s also a nightmare dealing with them as all the staff including the director are so bully and act as if it’s a high way robbery.if you want my advice take your money and run!

My partner and I have recently purchased a Land & House Package from Champion Homes through their staff Laurent @ Oran Park Office.
The process was straight forward & easy, and he provided us insight to how this all works as this is our first property we are building and was a bit overwhelmed with the whole experience. Laurent have answered all our calls and texts and emailed within the day, most time within the hour and this helped us with any burning questions and decision making. We are now waiting for the land to register in June 2021. I have showed my design and land specs to my friends and also my conveyancer, all saying its a very good deal we made & this is reflected in the extras I got and requested from Laurent also.
I have not hesitated to recommend Laurent and Champion Homes to all my family and friends who are in the market, especially when they can see how easy the whole process was for me and my partner.

Don’t build with these people, they will sign the contract cheaper than other companies but they keep charging you with hidden cost, one of my family Members building with them, they keep getting extra charges months after and they are paying so much more than their comparators. Stay away from champion homes.

Tried to contact Cora Ryan (sales rep from Hoxton Park) several times over last few weeks to discuss purchase of a property. Tried email, web form and phone (left voicemail too). Also tried to contact the office to be passed through. No response.clearly don't need the business. Poor experience, will take my money elsewhere, thank you.

Good website, easy to navigate, I'm possibly planning to build with Champion Homes in coming months.
