Chair Dinkum

Gave a review on their website about how my Hag Capisco chair was defective and potentially dangerous (back rest works itself loose and slips randomly all of a sudden- not something you'd want from a chair that you paid more than a thousand dollars for). At the time I had no complaints about Chair Dinkum themselves. Chair Dinkum removed my rating review and comment from their website. They also didn't contact me regarding the issue. My original complaint was only about the manufacturer's quality but the way Chair Dinkum dealt with the situation was unsatisfactory for a company which claims to care about its customers. If you don't want reviews then take that function off of your website instead of falsifying the star rating by removing the reviews that you don't like.

I have had my Capisco for a few months now, and it is great! Nic helped explain why this chair is perfect for my Sit Stand Desk, which I also got from Chair Dinkum. I really like how Nic took time out of his day for my phone call. I would rather buy from Someone who cares then some large corporation who doesn't!

Can't recommend Chair Dinkum enough for anyone looking for a HAG chair! The service was top notch, Nick was even nice enough to go out of his way to show us the chair in the showroom. Once we placed the order, the warehouse team was able to advise us of the chair's expected ETA. The delivery was prompt and the chair itself is extremely comfortable. Huge thankyou to the team!
