CHA Point Bankstown

Please don't say bad things in front of customers. Isn't it your fault for giving the wrong change? I'm just giving an honest review of my experience here. It would be even more infuriating if someone thought I didn't understand English because I'm Asian and complained openly in front of me. Early in the new year, I felt very uncomfortable. I will never come here again.

Good price and service was efficient the interior might be overwhelming if you are sensitive to flashing lights

The atmosphere at Cha Point is pleasant. The seating arrangements are comfortable, and the ambiance is generally calm.

Coming from San Francisco, I have tried many bubble tea places. However, I really enjoyed Cha Point, because of the unique flavors, that many other places don't offer. My favorite was the Rose milk tea which I enjoyed very much. I liked the decor that created a nice atmosphere to be in and enjoy the bubble tea.

First thing when you walk in the atmosphere is really cool, just a really cool place to hang out with friends.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The tea was really tasty and the waffle was delicious.
Would go again and again many times. Very impressive place

I really enjoy the flavours of the drinks. I've been a bubble drinker for 15 years and by far my favourite place. The balance of tea and flavour are perfect along with their reasonable prices

Nice drinks made by Paula for an afternoon bubble teas run! Clean and nice seating area as well! Definitely a better and improved vibes from the other bubble teas shops I have been to.

Various variety of drinks and dessert. Delicious and tasty as usual. I tried the bubble tea for first time on their opening week and couldn't stop since then. I come almost everyday

Loved the ~extra af~ vibe of this dessert shop. They have karaoke, a water fountain wall, a ring light setup, party lights and cute little booths. I ordered the lychee & grape frozen slush (w/ grape jelly) and it was yummy.except I would’ve liked for the drink to be more icy/chunky. My bf enjoyed a scoop of the watermelon sorbet.

Drinks are good but management need to look towards being staff efficient. 25min for 3 drinks, 9 people in the store and only 1 staff working?

I saw this place on tiktok and decided to give it a try. Was very pleased with the service and the bingsu is absolutely delicious. Would recommend the milk tea bingsu!

Went here a couple days ago. I am a regular chapoint customer and I always get the same order everytime. The drinks here are AMAZING and they gave me my drink like, 30 seconds after i ordered it! The prices are really for the drinks, waffles and ice cream and the decoration in this place is STUNNING! From the 360 photo booth, the "disco" floor and just everything in this store is amazing! I 100 percent recommend coming here.

They have different types of teas and tastes amazing. The staff are kind. Will be having all my bubble teas from here in the future

Love the new vibe so new and loved the whole experience went regularly from the opening day even they had the karaoke night on Sat singed with my friend the whole night.
