Drink was just ok, ordered on Uber eat they messed up my order gave me wrong drink and toppings the drinks weren’t even cold at all and so watery. I’m guessing because the shop was closing soon so they just rushed it and didn’t care enough to make it right

Lady serving was rude and unhelpful aswell as overcharging while other guy helped rectify problem and was extremely nice

I ordered a dragonfruit and mango ice fruit crush, but it was tasteless as if you were chewing ice.
Next time I’ll try the other options, but definitely not this one.
Customer service and the prices were ok.

One of the best place for bubble tea, with fast and friendly service. Love the super green matcha and detox bamboo drink, and the pearls are super chewy which is a plus! Oh and well done on the reusable cup and sugar cane straw, one very impressed customer here. Highly recommended!

I have been to this place for a few times over the years, nothing to complain. Drinks were made in reasonable time, short wait. It met the standards and tasted consistent with the other stores.

One star review is for the after purchase customer service. Experience as below. Like a few business I have attended, they blamed the customers for their own mistakes.

However, in Sep 2022, the drink was made within 20 secs like they were done before I order (like everyone else, I had ideas in my head before I headed down to the store. But I changed my mind while reading the menu at the counter. My brain somehow forced me to get back to my original choice). There was no other customers at all. The multiple drinks were packed in a non-see-through bag. As usual, I took off with a quick glance of the drinks. But only found out (by actually eating and drinking it) that there was only 1 out of 6 toppings in one of the bubble teas. The amount/volume of the topping was 1 out of 6 as well. Meaning, they missed 5 other ingredients that I paid for in full price.

I sent an email to the Casula store as a reminder of their "hit and miss" quality. I was told it has never happened before and I shall check the drink before I leave the store. When I asked how would an Uber Eats driver check dozen drinks with dozens ingredients in multiple bags without tasting every single one of them before leaving for their timed delivery. No response was then received even with multiple chasers.

I do not accept a business blame the customers for obviously their fault. Of course, I do NOT accept anyone play politics in other people's private life or any type of life.

Their bubble tea is unique. My favorite is the honey dew milk with lychee jelly and cheese foam.unless other franchise these guys do a great job and also all cute Asian guys serving.customer friendly and affordable pricing

I ordered the taro milk tea, unfortunately it was overly sweet and tasted very artificial. The very bright purple color suggests alot of food colouring.

I could not bring myself to finish the drink as it had a very strange taste, it tasted/smelt nothing at all like taro or milk. The pearls were undercooked or old, not chewy but tough. Hopefully something can be done to improve the taste.

Worst tea place.
I've tried this place multiple times and given them so many chances at redeeming themselves, yet I get a Chocolate Frappe which they decided to put popping pearls in. I got a milk tea with black syrup and there was no syrup, just some milk with black pearls. I got a matcha frappe that was all ice and the slightest hint of Matcha. Waste of time and money.

I ordered two tea's and they gave me Crush. When asked you made a mistake they asked me to pay again if you need tea rudely. What a good customer service! 1 Star for customer service till now we've been ordering tea from them 3-4 times a week.

Customer service was really great! She explained nicely when I asked her about the drinks They even have reusable cups and sugar cane straws that are biodegradable! A BIG PLUS FOR REALLY CHEWY PEARLS

Long wait times, not the best options but their Collagen Charcoal Bamboo and Brown Sugar Brulee was world class.

I seriously loved this a lot! Staff were nice, there was a long line so it was busy.i was scared it would be bad or something, so i ordered the basic taro flavour.i loved it! Totally amazing, the flavour was perfect, it looked nice, tasted great.kinda similar to sharetea, i liked it a lot, would recommend.: D

Very poor customer service experience. Counter sales person was rude. Bought vanilla flavoured milk. No vanilla, only milk. Not good experience at all.

I ordered pearl milk tea.the girl filled the cup with ice and just some drops milk tea and she didn’t have enough milk tea to add so she added extra ice instead because she didn’t know I’m looking. I tried a bit and tasted very bad so I left it there and even she didn’t give money back.totally terrible and very expensive to comper with other brands

First time ordering through Doordash and ChaBar. We were craving bubble tea so thought why not. Signature milk tea with pearls and jelly was really good and also ordered black pearl burlee milk, OMG the sweetness of that drink was too insane "way too sweet" and disappointed that i didn't get the burlee top.sad!

Seal not closed properly and when coworker mentioned it to the guy he said don’t worry about it! HALF OF THE DRINK IS IN THE BAG …

Really great drinks! Packaging is on point and the staff are lovely. Quick service, only thing is it's quite pricey. Everything needs to be $1.50 less and it would be better.

Fantastic place - provides reusable cups and biodegradable straws (that don't get soggy in the drink), tastes amazing, and customer service was great!

Love the drinks here! Tried it in parramatta and i was so excited to see there was one in casula too:) the drinks are delicious and the location in casula is so convenient since there aren’t many in the area! Definitely coming back for the black sugar milk: D

Highly fond of this new bubble tea kiosk in Casula, would recommend everyone to step out of your skeptical zone and try then you’ll realise you soon will be hooked. Their drinks are aesthetically good and refreshing so if you’re an instagram person you need to give cha bar a visit. They have some quite unique and signature drinks which you can’t really find at other bubble teas. I’m a regular here and every time i come i feel welcomed and flattered by the customer service cha bar’s work team provides. I’d tried so many drinks here already and some of my favourites are: Bamboo Charcoal MT, Thai MT with pearls, Signature Pearl Milk Tea, Signature Fruit Tea, Lychee Fruit Tea and Lychee Crush. Morever i notice the hygiene at cha bar is up to maximal standards which ensures me and boosts up the enjoyment in my boba drink every time i visit especially during this pandemic.
