I bought a Xbox one s from cex and everytime I turned it off and back on again it would green screen on me until today the HDMI port stopped working NEVER BUY A CONSOLE OR CONTROLERS From cex I paid $190 hoping to get a refund

Honestly so disappointing I have bought 3 overpriced 2nd hand controllers 2 just straight up didnt work 1 that did however the stick drifted so much it would have been better if it just didnt

Excellent staff service. Had to come back with a minor issue and the guys were terrific. Great prices too.

Having been a regular customer, i am always on the lookout for dvds, took 1 dvd in today only to be told they are not taking dvds anymore only bluray!

This place never ceases to amaze me ` I attended the Nepean store yesterday and picked up the 3 Matrix movies. On blue ray and a favorite comedy of mine for a measly 10 bucks. What The Vans? Now that's is off the wall! I was greeted with such a lovely big warm genuine smile. And served by another well selected young lady. Amber, thank you sweetheart. You are in the perfect job for you, I hope that somebody up the CEX stairs is reading, She is a Keeper

Staff don't know what they are selling when it comes to the computer components, but prices are good so can't complain i suppose.

Extremely looted by selling phones worth 200 for 400 and buying phones worth 500 for 300 brand new but still sell some products at a reasonable price

It's always dusty in there for some reason.good collection of games and staff are professional.there was a guy selling a heap of things and the staff member who serviced him was having a polite conversation throughout scanning the things.

This place is ridiculous i needed the money so i sold a laptop with them which they will sell for $1000 i was ment to get $280 for it because it had an additional 1tb hard drive in it but they only gave me $168 which was the same price they give for the laptop without the 1tb hard drive. 1. Fix your online prices 2. Dont scam your customers.

Sold an s8 they tried to tell me it's locked to Optus but I had a belong sim card that worked another tactic to rip you off because locked phones they pay less and they sell it as unlocked dogey as it gets

Young staff are very rude and unhelpful.
Laughing and swearing behind the counter.
Two staff members in particular were worse (not sure of their names) young girl and young guy.
I was dismissed and pushed out as it seemed they didn’t want to be any further help to me.
While I was talking to them they were looking at each other and giggling.
Won’t be going back.

Sad to see a shop joining the scalpers & asking $1100 for the Xbox series X. Wonder if they know they’ve gone viral for this…

I purchased a $230 laptop that was filthy and broken. It is ridiculous that you could sell a product that has not been properly checked and clearly hasn’t even been wiped down I expected more from what is supposed to be a professional business. I do not recommend purchasing anything electronic from here.

9 out of the 15 times I've visited, within about 20 seconds someone has greeted me and asked if I needed help. This is extremely rare in the world of retail and I for one appreciate it, especially considering most of the stores in Nepean look at you with disgust for even stepping foot in their doors. Good prices for some rare DVD's if you look hard enough. Thanks guys

Sold a ps5 console and a few PS4 games to cex Nepean yesterday

Was given cash for the PS4 games but due to the ps5 console being a lot more money they offered to do a direct deposit into my account so I filled out the form was told it's all done and that I will get an email or call later that day when the payment is done and from there it will take 3 to 5 business days to go into my bank

A day later and still no email or call and when you call the number on the website it's just a pre recorded message my receipt just shows ps5 console $0 and when I contacted cex via Facebook they told me I received cash yesterday but that was only for a handful of games not the ps5 console so hopefully I get the email or call soon

It said they had 3 in stock and after taking mine in it went to 4 in stock today so they have marked it for sale it looks like but I'm yet to get any kind of confirmation that I'm getting my money

Lots of cool stuff, reasonably priced and knowledgeable staff.
All in all a great place to spend some time

Amazing and fanastic store. My new favourite place to visit to pick up gadgets cames and whatever else i can spot. The team are energetic, dedicated and fun. They all seem to work together to get things done so smoothly and easily.

Now i forget what peoples names are but the young gentleman who was having a chat with me while i was being rung up by another! He is fantastic at customer service and has lots of knowledge! If you read this i am sorry i didnt catch your name i hope all is going well with life!

Another lady who serves me most of the time (i assume she may be the manager, she gives off that powerful and great boss vibe) thank you so much for answering my sillest of questions and helping me with 90% of my transactions, always fantastic to see you and is a pleasure to be your customer! Highly recommened this store for anything you need! They are no frills and a pleasure to be around! All of yall deserves raises!

Walked in completely ignored, boxes in front of shelf that i was trying to look at dvds. Staff too busy talking to notice.

Great place to pick up second hand DVDs, Blurays, phones and games. Prices are reasonable, unlike places like cash converters. Definitely worth a look!

Xbox elite 2 controller I brought from them a day or 2 ago has a few issue
the cable for charging was missing
2 back buttons don't work at all
Also was given 2 of the same directional pad accessories instead of the round directional pad that cones with it

Guy at the desk was pretty good but sadly the item is broken and missing some stuff
