This place was amazing. I went to buy all fast and the furious and it was cheap $2.00 to $4.00 for one movie for fast and the furious the service was so good.

Got served by the girl with the butterfly tattoo on her arm. I opened my movies when I got home and she had thrown them in dvd case with the dvds still inside the plastic slips, so lazy you get paid don't you so do your job properly.

I called into the store the other day and was pleasantly met by Mary. A Shining star in the CEX family, offering me some very useful advice unfortunately today didn’t have what I was searching for. My next comments are no reflection on any experience or any Sydney store that I frequent. But in the famous words of the Boss. “ I need a little reaction. ” I did some digging today and discovered that 380 CEX stores across the UK.offer a Repair service, drop off and pick up. Now I have had lengthy “communications “ shall we say with CEX feedback and complaints and this topic was on my agenda. Australia is in CRISIS. Mr CEX, put your 300 million plus where your mouth is. I go there pretty often to sell old games, you really won't get a better price anywhere else. Staff are always super helpful and friendly.

My only complaint is the contact number is useless.

Fraudulent place to sell your goods
They tried to give me $180 for a Psvr with the box and a ps4 pro and 10 games
Which they probably would’ve sold the ps4 alone for $400

Sold an old iPhone to this store and was very pleased with the price they gave me and the friendly customer service.

I just wish they had a phone service so you wouldn't have to come to the store to ask a question.

Came in a week ago and brought a PS4 all was good until I got home and went to try charge the remote and it wouldn’t hold battery so I was needing to have it plugged in 24/7, came in again 8/12/22 to get a new controller because the man who initially sold me it said if I have a issue come straight back, so I did when I finally got a day off of work, to come home put it on charge and go to work to now come home and see that 1 of the main buttons do not work on the controller, I don’t know what is going on with cex but they used to check everything, now they don’t care enough about customer purchase quality. Very disappointed

Loaded with stock and always something to buy there. Staff are nice and quick when taking purchases.

Today i walked into cex to buy some skylanders, there was only 1 in the window that i didnt have. I told the girl at the front steff that I was collecting them with my nephew and showed her some that we needed and she mentioned that she had some in the back, she was so helpful and went out of her way. I ended up walking out with about 7 skylanders that we didn't have. What a lovely girl she was, my nephew was so happy when I brought them home for him. Thank you steff for putting a smile on my nephews face

They have a wide range of DVDs and PlayStation games at pretty good prices.
Always friendly staff

Nice staff, unfortunately all the products brought from here have been faulty in some way.
Such a shame as from my understanding cex test electronics and clean disks before resale but this doesn't seem to be the case here.

Its ok but be prepared to pay top dollar for second hand electronics. The range is average and too overpriced. The customer service was average. I will return again if I absolutely need to - for discontinued accessories etc.

It has been at least a month now and my order has not been here
but you always send me email about writhing a review about the my delivery but I don't have it yet so really come on sending me emails about my order, IT DID NOT EVEN COME TO ME SO I CAN WRIGHT IF IT IS GOOD OR BAD.come on your delivery needs to IMPROVE.

Tried to do click and collect and the doors were shut at the time I was told to come in apparently someone had to go to the post office even tho they can only have the store open for about 3 hours a day and they decide to do this post office trip during very limited opening hours. I couldn't make it in the next day so they cancel it, it's an absolute joke why bother even allowing a click and collect option when staff aren't even there for customers to receive orders, tried to call but they have no customer service line and no real way to resolve this aside from an email you can send that will probably be ignored.

Great place to buy second-hand games, DVDs, accessories and phones.
Staff are friendly and are willing to help out with finding products or other inquiries.
Highly recommended!

Disagreed fraud and tricky customer service. They made vouchers after i sold my wii games two of them and i used one of the two i just found out today that i used all my vouchers apparently, i didn't im sure about it. And its $104 voucher. I want attention from their management regarding this asap

Such a great place to get your favourite DVDs movies, games or second-hand phones, electronic equipment. Great service thank you again especially enjoy the music while you're waiting browsing fantastic.

The guy with Red hair who works there is someone who can work with any Technology issue and have it working.

Dropped in a couple of boxes of wii console and games to trade was told I would receive a phone call on the next day. Did not receive a phone call so walked back in on the second day and meet with "oh we were going to ring you later today give us 10 mins to finish the trade" 2 hours later it was finally finished and received and oh sorry for the wait. If this was eb games it would have been done while you wait. Only reason I didn't go there was because they don't take wiis
