If you are looking for a stress free bathroom renovation, Steve and Gabi are the best. They have an amazing selection of tiles across a variety of price points - so can work for everyone. They have an incredible eye for design and their attention to detail was truly valued. Their fresh ideas combined with years of experience made renovating our bathroom just so easy. Nothing was a problem and no detail was missed. We live in regional NSW, and shipping the entire bathroom requirements including tiles, tap/shower hardware, vanity went seemlessly and everything arrived in perfect timing for our builders. Nothing was a problem and the continual updates and communication from both of them was GOLD. Cannot recommend Cerastone highly enough to anyone looking for tiles and or a new or bathroom refresh.

Highly recommend this place, they have a huge range, gorgeous products and amazing design advice. Gabi is an absolute pleasure to work with and has given us so much inspiration and guidance. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Amazing shop, massive selection and Gabby and Steve both so full of great advice. Been working closely with Gabby, she’s amazing, she has inspired us with some brilliant ideas that we would not have considered but are also really comfortable with. Really happy to have found her and this shop and looking forward to completing our 4 bathrooms with their tiles and materials. Also have a great selection of timber flooring that we will also use for our renovations.

Dealing with Gabriela at cerastone was such a pleasure. I had been looking for tiles for months (and I mean MANY months). I’m picky and also needed two tiles for two adjacent floor spaces (sitting side by side), no easy task. I was cutting it very fine timing wise for the project and had to what felt like every tile shop in Sydney without success and one day walked past cerastone (I live a few hundred metres up the road). The shop is not huge but I immediately saw a number of great options, made an appointment to come back so it wasn’t so rushed. Gabriella is so helpful and has a great eye. The selections in the store are curated well (and they hold a lot of the tiles in stock, which is also important). All her suggestions were great and the tiles I settled on have become a real feature in the finished renovation. Highly recommend

After my experience last week, this business deserves less then one star.

The Owner of business is rude & unprofessional. I turned up to select tiles for a bathroom to have the owner shut the door in my face after stating they are appointment only & as I didn’t have an appointment he wouldn’t see me. Mind you he was sitting in front of a computer.

I highly recommend you don’t shop here nor spend money. They clearly don’t care about customer service.

Cerastone Tile & Stone has such a beautiful and diverse range of tiles to choose from and the owners are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to ideas and selection. They went out of their way to ensure our delivery of tiles arrived on time. We could not be happier with our recently renovated bathroom!

I love this store and the team behind it. They have a full range of options from quality basic to luxe. Dont be put off by Steve's laid back approach, he never tries to 'upsell' or "pressure sell" anything. I think he's driven more by the aesthetic and what will make the customer happy. We purchased simple floor tiles for quick Kitchen makeover years ago and came back for more discerning choices for our bathrooms (pic below). Steve was patient with some last minute change of choices, and when we didnt have enough to finish, he was quick to find more stock and have it delivered so that the builders werent delayed. Highly recommened.

Cerastone has the most expansive range of wall tiles and floor tiles. I visited the store in Woollahra last week and bought some amazing sets of tiles for the bathrooms and kitchens at my home.
