Ceramic Pro Auto Spa

Most disappointing and unprofessional company I’ve had the displeased of dealing with. This is coming from a tradesman who understands that when someone pays for a service you do your upmost to deliver on it. Instead of telling me before I’ve already made the trip to pick up the car and view it they decide to tell me 5 mins before closing time when I’m around the corner that they have stuffed up my rear window and had to remove the tint, however when I asked if they could fix it as I’m about to be there rather abruptly told me NO you have to come back another day. After taking the car home I found that almost every window had scratches throughout the entire tint from whatever they used to remove the bubbles. After bringing my car back for a second time and getting my 3rd lift there or back and leaving it for the day, they call me and say they can’t do the job so they pulled all the tint off of my car. Now after getting my 4th lift there at 4pm I find my car after they’ve already left with some disgusting slimey mess all over my windows that they decided was fine to just leave on there after removing the tint they stuffed up multiple times. By the time the car got home the slime had set and became nye on impossible to remove with standard window cleaning products. Yes they gave me a refund but at the cost of 4 trips there and back, utilising mine and others fuel, hours of time wasted and a slimey mess left over my windows.

Was going to have my car detailed and ceramic coated here however will be taking my business elsewhere now.

Had my new 4x4 ceramic coated by the very professional team at Ceramic Pro Auto Spa. The finish is amazing.
They thoroughly prepped the vehicle and applied two coats of the 9H and a coat of top coat. The top coat was a little extra but definitely worth it. Makes cleaning the bugs off so much easier.
Considering what we spent to buy the car the cost for the ceramic coating was well worth it to protect it for the future.
Definitely use these guys if you want to have your car Ceramic coated.
We now use them to detail both our cars once a month.

Absolutely pleased with the job the team did on my 2016 Falcon brought her back to showroom shine externally with a thorough clean and ceramic coating, internally from carpets to leather conditioning. Absolutely stoked with how well my car came up after a detailed clean! The team buffed and polished the exterior and it looks brand new. For a well loved 4WD with 250,000kms which was covered in scratches to come up looking like a mirror all around is mind blowing. There’s chrome features I never knew existed. The interior had a shampoo and a vacuum and owning a Malamute/Husky, I have never seen the interior come up spotless after a clean by professionals as it has this time. Very happy with the ceramic coating applied to my Tesla. Car looks great and it now very easy to wash as dirt does not stick to the paint work. Highly recommended.

From the moment I delivered my new Hyundai Tucson to the bright, enthusiastic and polite young man I was comfortable with my decision!
2 Layers 9h coating of the Paint, Glass, Rims and the complete Interior protection.
I picked the vehicle up the following afternoon and couldn’t believe the shine. Michelle explained the process and answered all my questions.

This is the third vehicle I’ve had ceramic pro paint protection applied to by the guys at VIP Newcastle. Highly recommended.

Spent $1500 on a ceramic coating. When we picked up the car we were shown some scratches that they said weren't removed with the single stage polish that was included with our package. If there was an additional polishing process that could have been used I would have been happy to pay extra to achieve a better result, however we were never given the option. Felt like they are very busy and just wanted to get the job done.
Having said this, the car does look good.

Had a 2 stage buff and ceramic coating on a 2 year old car with 50000kms and a paint job that hadn’t been very well looked after. Came up a treat, very happy with the results.

Had the process of ceramic coating explained in detail over the phone as I had it booked in somewhere else and was convinced the other place was cutting corners so I rang rick and asked about time frames and as expected the other place was rushing a 2 day job in only a few hours. Cancelled and booked our car in here and the process was smooth and good communication and the finished product was noticeable despite our car being brand new. Definitely a great business.

My 4 year old black SR5 Hilux was starting to look a bit tired but Rick & his team made it look like new again. They were able to remove all the small scratches & marks before applying the ceramic coating. Super happy with the result & have already recommended Ceramic Pro to friends.

Had our Haval H6 ceramic coated and the windows tinted. Rick and the team were extremely professional, adhered to the Covid rules and did an amazing job with the car. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will definitely be recommending them to those that we know for any auto detailing in the future.

Excellent service and an outstanding product which has kept our vehicle's paint work in top condition since new. The original application of 2 layers of Ceramic Pro was in 2014 and we have since had it reapplied after minor accident damage repair. The vehicle looks band new.
