Century Motors

I cannot recommend this business enough. They are honest and fantastic mechanics - I still travel from Chippo to see them. And as a bonus, also very friendly and great for a chat.

I have stuck with the great guys of century motors past few decades as they are honest through and through always helpfull and true. Infact you won't find better, a disappearing breed.

Need to do pink slip urgently, this man just done in within 15 minutes, without bookin and queue. Very friendly.

You better not going there if you are first time customer and female. I should have read other reviews before me someone had exactly same experience.
They will fix everything without even asking you what they would do and how much they will cost. It’s almost scamming. Stay away from here. I am thinking to report here for their neglecting service.

Marinko, Geoff and the team are very knowledgable and experienced - they always go out of their way to help you understand the issue and the options that you have to solve it and from my experience never push what is not needed.

Always on time and great communicators.

Great service, friendly and awesome staff. Maringo took the time to patiently explain what my car needed and didn’t laugh when I asked (clueless) questions. These mechanics are legit and I highly recommend them.

Really good people who take pride in their workmanship, Geoff, Marinko and the team are thoroughly professional, honest and respectful. They’ve been in business here for ages and are very highly thought of by the community in Chippendale.

I have been coming here for years after my local mechanic moved out of area. What a bit of luck that was. This is first rate service - the guys listen and go the extra mile. I am confident i am in good hands and that i get the sort of service that used to be common but is now rare. Keep up the good work!

Century have been looking after me, and my vehicles, for twenty years. In this day and age, that's extraordinary. Whether I need a Pink Slip, a flat battery recharge or (Touch wood!) have a major drama, Geoff and the team have always looked after me. Pick up/Drop off service saves my bacon every time. Six Stars, people!

I would not recommend this place. I have dealt with them twice and received terrible service both times. Last year the team attempted to up sell me on my pink slip, which I knew for a fact I did not need, but as this is sometimes pretty standard practice I let that go. This year I called to inquire and confirm how much they would try to charge me for my pink slip before I came in. The man on the phone was rude, sarcastic, and belittling, presumably because I am female, as this rudeness occurred from the moment I first spoke. I will never engage with this organisation again. They are sexist, rude people.

Went in for my pink slip. Quick service and really friend guys. Will definitely be going back in future:)

Staff are friendly and do their best to help, reasonable priced and decent work but sometimes communication is lacking a little.

Century Motors are honest, professional, and affordable mechanics in the heart of the city. I usually see mechanics in the industrial area where I work for basic maintenance, but I'll always go back to Century when I want an honest second opinion or a more complex job. They never hold it against me and always give good advice and do great work.
