Andrea is extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help get issues sorted. Her skills are many and amazing She is moving on to explore new horizons. We feel Maria McBain at Century 21 Radar Properties - Turramurra is arrogant and not friendly in our inspection at 23 Katina Street, Turramurra, NSW 2074. We understand the covid situation but how can you reject a buyer's inspection if they drove for 1 hour to come to the property and is right at the door step. I got a face to face answer: No you can't go inside, and you can't make a booking now, you go home and call me to make a booking. This is ridiculous! Will never enquiry again. By the way, we have not heard from her since, good luck with your sale! We own properties in North Shore, as an owner we will never with this type of agent, especially after I read all the bad reviews from other people, and I decide to put my review as well.

My experience with Peter is terrrible. He is rude and extremely non corporative.

I was shocked by the terrible review and experience that other buyers are listed here. I unfortunately experienced that same.

Firstly, if you ask for a copy of the contract of a property, please prepare a good explanation on why you deserved to be provided.

Secondly, if you can't make an appointment due to lockdown restriction, please make sure you are ready for the blame from his frustration and he will not stop complaining and the only choice is to hand up and stop receiving that bad energy from him.

Good luck to those vendors and buyers that need to deal with Peter. Hand on with it is the only choice!

As a renter over the past few years I have dealt with many different estate agents and property managers. My experience with Andrea and Century 21 Turramurra has by far been the best experience I’ve had. Andrea would respond to queries promptly. Overall, communication with Andrea and Century 21 was great. I found Andrea very approachable and empathetic when I was going through a difficult personal issue. I would be very happy to deal with Andrea and this agency in the future.

Working with Peter was an absolute joy. Dealing with a deceased estate is never easy and from the outset he acknowledged our connection to the family home, tolerated our reminiscing, laughed with us as each day as we chipped away at clearing the home. Once we were ready for the sale process, Peter created a bespoke plan to market and attract the right purchasers for the property. He showed us the relevant sales in the area and together we agreed what we all believed represented a fair and reasonable range. He was candid from the start about what was attractive and unattractive property attributes. He made us a promise as the owner of the business to manage, meet and speak with all interested parties and be involved in the process from start to finish. True to his word, he called after every open inspection, gave us a rundown on who came and what the market response was looking like. Peter suggested a 5 week plan and the sale was delivered at the top end of the range right on target. I recommend Peter Brack to anyone who is looking for a trusted advisor, who is realistic and genuine. Relationships matter to Peter. He was there 100% for us and delivered as promised.

I have dealt with Peter, Andrea & Christine on a few occasions & it was very frustrating. I felt like I was getting nowhere.
Really didn’t like the vibe of the place & how they treat their customers.
I would recommend that you do not use them if you want a positive outcome with your home.

I have dealt with both Peter and Andrea and they are both not pleasant to deal with. Therefore I have decided to go to a more reputable Real Estate Agent.
Very disappointed with their customer service & condescending nature.

I would caution sellers to be mindful when dealing with this business. As a potential buyer, I have tried to make contact with them regarding properties listed—to no avail. They don’t respond to queries from their website. They don’t respond to direct emails. They don’t appear to answer their office phone (surely they can’t be *that* busy). If the properties that I’ve enquired about are no longer on the market, no worries—have the courtesy to at least reply as such (and perhaps remove them from your listings). I’ve been keeping an eye on the website listings and they don’t appear to be moving.
As a recent seller, I would’ve been mortified to know that my agent was ignoring potential buyers (she wasn’t; the place was on the market for a few days).

Very unprofessional sale agents. Super arrogant and rude. Peter Brack hardly could reply to questions about a property that we inspected.

Do not get this agency to sell your home. Being a true buyer we went to inspect a couple of properties which happened to have Peter as their agent, and his arrogance and disgusting behavior changed our mind to deal with them ever. He even made a harrasing phone call after the inspection only because we showed up 10 mins earlier and was walking in front of the property.

I can not believe the phone call that I recieved from Peter. He was so rude on the phone. Never let them sell your property

I talked to a lot of real estate agents before I finally chose Peter. He let me feel he is very nice to talk to, understanding, reliable and he's not greedy like some of the other agents. Druing the process of the sale, he's been nothing but hard working and doing his best. Usually, I'm not easily pleased but this time I'm glad I chose him. Only problem is he is hard to reach, if there's nothing going on he will not call you just to tell you that. But after a while I get it. I'd rather he spend all time on doing his job and get my property sold then talking to me. Anyway, if you want your property sold he is the one to go to!
