Let me start by saying I rarely take the time to leave reviews but these guys deserve one. Jhonny and Bruna are by far the best people I have dealt with in real estate industry. They are extremely professional, upfront and friendly. They have made both my move in and move out experience super smooth. Thank you guys, I wish I could find this level of service here in WA. That's how you do it, you're absolute legends!

Jhonny and has team were phenomenal and hands down the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. Jhonny went over and above to answer and resolve maintenance queries in a timely way and he even put new light bulbs in for me once! I really missed Century 21 when I moved to another rental. I’d move back and rent with them in a heart beat.

Jhonny - Century21 is extremely professional. It is clear he cares and looks after the well-being of not just the owner/landlord, but also the tenants during our rental occupation with him in Rozelle. He made us feel incredibly warm, welcome and excited to move into our studio. He sat down with us, went above and beyond to explain to us the full process, our contract and the property with transparency and time to answer all of our questions about the area. Century21's payment system allowed us the flexibility to make our rental fortnightly payments on a day that suited us. Because he treated us with such respect and flexibility, we did our best absolute best to repay it to him and his agency during our stay. The moving out process was equally smooth. Such a pleasure renting with Century21.

Conversely, other agencies are quite opposite. Nice to you during property interest, however completely cold after the 1-week deposit and application is received. The only further correspondence is an internet link to an aggressively worded contract (Jhonny sat down with us in person and discussed it), DD form where they choose when to charge you (opposite philosophy to Century21), and threats that they will give the property to somebody else if you cannot sign your name to all of the above. Century21 were flexible enough to let us move in on the day we wanted to start our rental agreement. Some agencies won't let you move in on a Saturday without charging an additional day.

In this current rental crisis, we need Jhonny Amorim (Century21) everywhere around Sydney! I urge Fair Trading NSW to make Century21 the standard.

The team at Century 21 Rozelle are reliable and honest. As a renter, issues are sorted out quickly - without fuss or need to follow up. Jhonny in particular has gone above and beyond to look after us while renting. For example in our previous place he went to Bunnings and got the pieces to fix the blinds and installed them himself. I have never had an agent that has taken this level of care.

Jhonny is a very hands on property manager and always finds ways to resolve tenant issues. He has managed my furnished property for years, and having a furnished property can attract more tenant issues, in which I've always had the confidence in Jhonny to resolve them. He is professional, diplomatic and very obliging in all interactions and has a good team behind him. I would strongly recommend Jhonny for property management.

I rented through Century 21 Prestige Properties for 13 years and they were always responsive to any issues (not that there were many!) and helpful throughout our interactions. Would highly recommend them as a rental agent.

WOW! Johnny and his team definitely exceeded expectations.
I had previously had a relative refer me to an agent to sell my property which was not a hard sell in today’s market given location and conditions of the property.
In the sales industry myself so I trusted fellow Sales person to do the right thing by me and did not chase him and left him alone. How wrong I was and I will forever regret that decision.
I had know Johnny for a long time but still chose family friend’s contact over Johnny at first as there are so many Real estate agents out there and I thought it’s all pretty much same service they provide so originally did not approach Johnny for the sale but only troubled him for few quick advices.
6 months later my property was still on market with the first agent only providing me with one offer in the first week which was too low and I rejected and that was it. No offers from then on. No follow up calls to let me know what’s happening. I had to follow up and ask only to be fed same story of there are a few interests with offers that are not yet formal or still arranging finance.
Eventually I gave up and approached Johnny and his team but by then I did not expect much and thought after 6 months, what could be worse than a property that maybe for some reason I had high expectations and thought it would sell quick and fetch the money I was after.
Johnny made everything seamless and asked me to sign my life away and he would take care of the rest, after the first week, he had spoken to over 100 potential buyers which I didn’t believe but he forwarded me a flow chart of enquiries, break down of hot and cold leads, time of conversation and transcript of what was discussed. I could not believe the detail of what he went through and the effort he had put in but I knew from then on I was in good hands. During covid on the 3rd week I had 10 offers at least of all close to where I was aiming to sell at. Had a few issues with buyers solicitors which Johnny also took care of as I was busy with my work. Johnny Closed the Sale with one of many buyers who was ready with everything and no cooling off period meaning it was a done deal!
Johnny can rest assured definitely see me for all my future dealings with properties!

I just wanted to thank you and your team for doing such a great job in assisting me to get my Balmain Shores apartment updated at reasonable costs, and during the most difficult time of COVID-19…as you know, I had no choice but to work on the flat at the time as the tenant left rather unexpectedly and I could not afford to leave the apartment empty until the end of the virus lockdown period, so we just had to get on with it.

You then were able to show my apartment as soon as it was possible to prospective renters and got an excellent tenant within one week and at a good rate, particularly given the circumstances.

One of my better renting experiences, hands down.
Despite being out of their regular area of operation, I found that the service and advice provided was wonderful. I had no issues with responses or communications regarding bills and payments. The staff were eager to assist and able to help with most, if not all of my enquiries.

My only reasons for giving 4 stars instead of 5 are as follows:
- The property was required to be sold and it caused some disruption to me. (The sale management was conducted by a local agency)
- There were minimal inspections throughout my tenancy, but perhaps one or two more would have assisted with property maintenance.
- The property was out of their usual area meaning that regular local tradespeople were not always best suited to assist me. (a suitable solution was always found)
- There is always room for improvement, otherwise we would all be perfect.
