We had the pleasure of working with Samantha Kirby of C21 as our Property Manager for over 15 months and there are not enough words to describe how happy we have been with her work and assistance while we remained interstate. She is bright, professional and great at making sure you are kept up to date with any issues that would arise. Our tenants were amazing and we developed a strong and trusting bond with them through Sam's work as our Manager. Monthly admin details arrived promptly and clearly. We have decided to list our home for sale, using the C21 Nelson Bay team AGAIN and would strongly recommend Samantha Kirby as a Property Manager for others.

Absolutely the best property managers in the Nelson Bay area. Samantha and Brody are a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too hard for them. If you want your rental property looked after properly, then this is your team.

I’ve been working with Samantha and her colleagues at C21 for over two years…

Finish all the liabilities before you leave from the property. If they came to know that you moved out already. They find new things in each visit and charge in heaps.

I was their tenant for 1 and half years. When i finished the tenancy period, i did cleaning and carpet shampooing with the people they suggested (almost 500 $).
More over they are finding new things and sending me bills frequently. They are taking advantage when they know we are out of station. They have charged another 650 $ from me for different reasons. Don't ever go with century 21, Nelosn Bay. In case if you go, prefer unfurnished houses.

Rang my order through. They told me when it would be ready.
They were just finishing cooking it when I walked in. Best chips decent serves of fish overall just what you want when you want to pick up and eat them sitting on the beach.

I have leased property through this real estate for several years. Sam and the team have always been pleasant and helpful with any requests. When I recently bought an investment property in the area I didnt hesitate listing my property with them.

Avoid this group if you possibly can if you are a landlord. Bought a property from them with existing tenants. Century 21 did not notify the tenants the property was being sold so the tenants moved out. Then Changed the contract of sale to be vacant possession but they brought in new tenants without telling us two weeks before settlement and signed them up for a year's lease without any approval from us as the new owners. As a landlord, avoid them, try elsewhere.
