We were set to use another agent when we decided to get an appraisal from Michael, as we had seen Century 21 signs around our area. Michael came into our home, walked into the rooms and hand wrote notes – something the other agents did not do.

We managed to sell our property through Michael and we were very pleased with his effort. I am writing this review as I would like to commend Michael from Century 21 in his great customer service. I am a buyer and I have been looking in the area for some time, and Michael by far is the most easy to get along with agent I have met. Michael always shows me through the property and answers any questions I have. Other agents I have seen at properties don't even show me through the property and they just stand out the front. I wonder what their owners would think of that if they knew this. Congratulations to you Michael, you are the best Agent I have met in this area.

I have had numerous dealings with Michael and his team both personally and professionally. Michael is very dedicated and goes above and beyond for his clients. He is very honest, reliable, professional, patient and supportive. I would highly recommend Michael and his team in all real estate matters.

It all goes well until its time to get your bond released, I got told everything was in excellent condition and that there should be no issues at the outgoing inspection.a few days later I get questioned about the range hood and the fridge after explaining I never used them I get told " all good, I will release your bond today or tomorrow " which obviously didn't happen because apparently I had to wait for the owner to come and inspect the property.spoke to fair trading and was asked to release my own bond.was happy to go to a tribunal and get access to the phone conversations as evidence, thankfully the matter didnt get that far and I got my bond!

just a reply to your comment.really? Who said I'm frustrated? Is that what happened? So the owner decided to pay out of pocket for something I have damaged and not take my bond? Wow how generous. I got told EVERYTHING WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION AT THE OUTGOING report on the Thursday to be specific and then a week later you decide to change your mind and investigate the range hood, once again we are going in circles! I have had Johanna look after my property for the last 6 months or so and I couldn't be any happier with her level of care and service, I definitely feel that she goes above and beyond to manage the property.

I've had a number of useful discussions when there have been issues on the most efficient and cost effective way to resolve them, where she really hasn't been required to provide input. She's easily reachable over the phone, responsive with requests and most importantly has a great attitude.
