Like most people our age, my spouse and I have been involved in a handful of purchases and sales of property in the past 25 years. However, with each transaction, you realize at the very beginning that you have forgotten as much about the process as you remember, and that you need to learn things all over again and learn them quickly. Added to that natural disadvantage, was also the fact that in our case, we were sellers who lived overseas. That is why a finding a trusted real estate agent was worth its weight in gold. So when we recently decided to sell our unit, fortunately for us, we met Eddie Tremolada. It was, without a doubt, the easiest transaction of them all because of his guidance, and most importantly his accessibility.
