My experience was not at all good. I rented as a tenant and after professional cleaning done from my side, I was still asked to pay for regular wear and tear leading to almost 50% deduction from my Bond money. I would not recommend to anyone looking to lease.

There is always things that aren’t perfect with an outgoing inspection but Jackie gave me the opportunity to fix what was needed without any hassle. It was a quick fix and they communicated through the whole process.
I could not recommend them enough as they guided me through what was needed and release my bond without issue.
