Storm took over property management, where I was the tenant and was responsive, helpful and supportive. I highly recommend him to prospective tenants. An agent who works with the tenant not just tick and flick as some can be.

Enquired about a commercial property but they could not be bothered returning my emails or phone calls. Would not want them as managing agent if they treat sales equity like this anyway. Feel bad for properly owner. Oh well. I keep looking elsewhere.

This review relates to the Property Management Team, notably Storm. As former tenants of a property managed by Storm, we cannot speak highly enough of his knowledge, professionalism and advocacy. Excellent communication at all times.

If you are planning to sell your property first thing that you should consider is agent's marketing strategy, unfortunately due to lack of professionalism with this real estate we ended up not only not selling our property but also to be charged for full commission. They couldn't sell our property after 7 months. Wouldn't recommend them at all. They just think about their commission.

Stay away from this agency for any services. Rented a unit via this agency and the day to move in while my stuff was in the truck, they refused to give the keys and forced me to pay extra two-week deposit (over than two weeks normal deposit)! They had not explain this when I signed the papers.
The principal of this real estate is so rude and illogical.

Don't make my mistake.
I was patient for 7 months to sell my property with this agent and finally they got and offer from someone who couldn't do settlement due to financial issues, but guess what, they charged me full commission on a property which they could sell eventually.
They have very poor marketing strategies,
They're not recommended at all.
If you want to sell your property with this agent THINK AGAIN.

Would NOT recommend this real estate in Hornsby/Asquith area at all.
Staff are very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Interested in this off the plan townhouse and the property agent refused to provide any floor plans unless attending a physical appointment at the display suite. Floor plan is a basic/ essential/ first line information which most potential buyer would love to look at prior to any form of further action.
Furthermore, the principal of this real estate agent implied me as a selling or buying agent just because I requested a copy of the floor plans on email. What a joke.

Have nothing but positive feeback to share about all interactions and handlings had with Alex from Century 21 Asquith. Alex has been so efficient, helpful, informative, friendly and had my application processed and everything organised in record time! Loved working with her and am so happy with how everything was handled and how prompt it all was. Thanks again!

I was really pleased with the friendly service that made finding a good apartment in Asquith quick and easy - even during this complicated pandemic situation.

I will not use this business or any other Real Estate that continues to leave junk mail in my letterbox, despite being clearly signed, to not do so.
Environmentally unsound, disrespectful and bloody annoying!

I highly recommend Alex Spence, Century 21 - Asquith. I have owned several investment properties over the years, and Alex is by far the most professional and efficient Property Manager I have ever dealt with. She makes being a Landlord extremely easy! Plus she is well versed in all aspects of the Real Estate market, which has proven to be most beneficial, because I can always count on her expertise. I wouldn't deal with any other Agency in the Hornsby / Asquith / Mt Colah area.

Receptionists were lovely and incredibly helpful, ironically the agents weren't. We found Alex Spence quite unprofessional and difficult to work with

Lied when managing sale and then complained to council after they were dropped as rental managers because they were unresponsive and lazy. Dont trust them to manage your property or believe what they say as salesmen.

Several times I have delt with J and V realty and consistently I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. The friendly atmosphere immediately makes you feel at home.

I would highly recommend this this team of professionals to anyone who is wishing to have an excellent experience.
