Chantelle gave me a call back as she has spoken to her manager about my situation and C21 have decided to consider to provide virtual or have a friend or family member to inpect on my behalf due to my special circumstance of living in SA and wont be able to view the properties physically.

So far I am very surprised with the service and support they have provided me. Chantelle will also keep me updated with upcoming rental properties to view and potentially apply and obtain.

This is such a big help for me and my family to be able to move. I did not expect this type of service and consideration. Very happy so far.

Chantelle was very helpful with my queries. Its just unfortunate that century 21 doesn't do online inspections nor does it allow other people to like friends or family to view the property on behalf of myself. It is now a requirement for renters to physically go to the property and view it.
Which makes it impossible for me to be able to aquire a rental property through C21 as I currently live in South Australia.
It will be great if C21 has the flexibility and consideration for outside state renters looking to move into NSW.

As a first tanent in Sydney, I got fantabulous support from Century21.
