23Don’t want to give any stars, just here for a simple complain. Called last week 2 TIMES for info about a property, lady in call said that it will be available this week. Waited in patience just for the property to be updated as leased, like you guys literally said in the phone that you guys would notify us with a call or even call out for inspection. Boom! Next week, gone. Honestly the worst agent/real estate I’ve ever encountered. I can see why it’s only 2 stars now, really disappointing and speechless.
Not good service I have been waiting for them to fixes some stuff and I have been waiting almost one year and every time I call them or email them they tell me they will come as soon as possible but they don’t show up
Stay away from this real estate. As per the other reviews they always try keeping the bond. Everytime we asked for maintenance in the house they attempted to make us pay for it. They make up excuses to keep the entire bond but provide no evidence of invoices for the work which they claim was carried out. DO NOT RENT from this agency, its not worth the headache.
Be very careful with this RS. Make sure to take photos and videos of the property. Do not sign on empty bond return form. Otherwise you will regret later.
Every time there's a problem with something that needs fixing they tell me to send details to address then they tell me they didnt receive it and keep on telling me they didn't receive it time and time again. They continuously lie about everything, no one knows anything about anything, I applied for an apartment to view and I wasn't contacted as a result I lost the apartment and am now living in an undesirable accommodation they are extremely rude I can talk all day about all the serious problems with this place. Save yourself the trouble and hassle and stay far away from this real estate agency in Cabramatta.
1- Unprofessional service
2- They don't listen to rental customers when repair needs to be done.
3- They place the owner of the property first before the rental customer always.
4- I had bad experience with real estate but this one puts them on the top of the list

Very helpful and professional real estate. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying or renting a property.
All guy should be careful this agent. They find ways to eat your bond. If anyone rented from this agent should take pictures of the whole house or video while you are staying in order to evidence later. They will find ways to get your bond when you move out. The receptionist lady was so rude. She had this attitude as if we, the customers, somehow were fortunate to receive her business. This is probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I don't understand how anyone could entrust their properties with these lot.
This reception is not polite special the guy I tell him I need number for property management he didn't give tome and no respect this guy and I tell 3 time I need munber of property management he didn't give to me and he is language is very bad and every questions I asked him he didn't answer to me and I don't like he is services very bad services
A warning to all owners – Ken Hoang is hands down the worst property manager we have dealt with.
Zero interest in managing your property, infact he coaches tenants on how to avoid rent payments. Arrogant, rude.

Very poor communication = 0 can't speak english lack of understanding, Very poor skills= 0 no work ethics, Very poor greeting = not welcoming bad bad bad. They ask for favours, but u get nothing back in return, But they take take and take (don't care). Front desk = bad customer service. Managers should not be managers. Do not do business with this agent.
Very rude, I do not respond to email. I have my rights. I pay the rent every week without fail and call them and send email to come fix the room fan with these heats? And nobody came.
The rudest customer service ever from the reception, i cant even understand how come they even have a job as a customer service person, never respond to emails, never fix the problems, they misguide you and talk lie
Worst ever customer service. They don't know how to handle tenants. They handle them like a slave. The lady named Michelle is the worst customer service representative ever. She thinks that she is the owner of all the houses, which century 21 is handling. Never go there for your rental issues. They can not solve anything, instead they make the metter worse by blaming you.
There ratings should be in negative.
We were first time renters, had our application accepted + received and deposit made. They called us back saying that they can't accept the application anymore and refunded.
We simply asked why so we could understand better and the reception lady was the most rudest creature ever. She spoke so rudely and directly as if we were arguing and when she finished her rude statement she turns around on her chair and slams her pen down.
Worst receptionist ever.
