I have rented with this real state for 4 years, and my wife and I don't have any complaint about it. Michelle was really helpful, quick response time for our enquires, she managed to sort out all the issues effectively. We are surprise about other reviews as honestly our experience with them was 100% positive. Thanks for everything Michelle.

Decision to go with century 21 was great. Always prompt response and quick resolution for any sort of queries or concerns. Special thanks to Julie and Michelle for making our stay wonderful. Could not recommend more for such a great staff and excellent customer service.

I rented 2 years with Century 21 and Michelle and the team were always extremely helpful and would resolve any issues promptly. I had some issues moving into my next apartment and Michelle went above and beyond to help me in my situation, which I am truly grateful for, thank you so much for your help Michelle!

During my three and a half years renting a property through CENTURY 21 Elite, I have only praise to report. The team, especially Michelle, were professional, prompt and helpful in all interactions. I was always treated with courtesy and respect.

I have rented from Century 21 for 9 years. My interaction with Michelle (and Julie) has been nothing but extremely professional. They have treated my family and myself with respect throughout the years. Their communication is quick and so responsive. So sad to say goodbye. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.

I have been renting a unit via Century21 for over 3 years. No problems whatsoever. Michelle @ Century21 has been very helpful and prompt when it came to getting something fixed at the apartment. Highly recommend their service.

I wish I could have read the reviews before. I applied for a furnished unit which was approved and they asked me to collect the keys 6 days after the approval. I paid both bond and 2 weeks rent. Then they said there was something to be fixed before I move in (something not essential that could have been fixed while i live there) they made me wait like 2-3 weeks giving me hope and never fixed the thing. The day I was meant to have an answer Michelle did not answered or messaged me back. So I really needed to know what was going because I already sold my furniture and I was paying Airbnb and a storage! Then I went to the office and a friendly man apologised and gave me the money back! But still poor management and playing with my time and hope. I would never again rent with this company or recommend it. If you do, please make sure you will get your unit at the time you negotiate with them.

I used to live in 8/4 Guinea street unit for nearly 3.5 years… property manger was ms. Michelle. Very rude real estate staff never listen what u r trying to say, each and everyone I rude there except a male staff (not sure his name unfortunately). After vacating the unit I waited 3 -4 weeks for them to do a final inspection. 3-4 week I been chasing them to do a final inspection and after that they told me that the house is full of cockroaches! If u leave a house for long time, cockroaches and other insects could come.and they did charge me for pest control 375! Dollar.house was clean spotless.there was no other reason to cut my bond money. I told that I could do it, and without even informing me they claims that they did it and never sent the a bill for last one year … and simply cut my money from bond… anyway I was too busy at that time to go to fair triad.very unprofessional and rude. I found a good unit and I didn’t proceed further because Ms Michelle was the property manager.haaa NOT AGAIN WITH YOU PEOPLE

Hi Chris, it’s me Sonika. Previous tenant. They spent 3 days to clean, but it wasn’tfor free, I paid the $1300. You telling me as you make them to clean on your own cost. Shower was leaking for 3 months, what was your management doing and why do they visit the premises for inspection.damaged kitchen. I send the email with the pic. R you aware of that. You telling me know, I am the person who paid $7000 to clear the block toilets. Which took 14 days for your team member to arrange. Can you imagine your house without toilet for single day. I have to run public toilet with my 65 yrs old mum and 2 yes old son, morning, day, night for 14 days. Heartless team member. If would have told me before about kitchen I would love to pay to make your team member Xmas party. Love to share more story if you interested to hear about the team.

As Long time tenant’ they were never easy to us. Waited more than 2 months just to get bond money, went through fair trading. Called several times and send email to Michelle, but they don’t have time to reply. Very poor internal communication. Perfect example of irresponsible, Rude and arrogant staff in the management. Never listen, when something to be changed or fixed. Shower leaking for 3 months didn’t fixed at all, finally moved. Poor poor, management ever seen.

As long time tenant’s we found Michelle to be courteous polite and helpful. Since purchasing our own property we would have no hesitation in asking Michele and her office to look after our property if we decide to offer it up for lease. Century 21 Elite have always acted professionally and promptly to any questions we had.

We intended to stay as long term tenants but needed to vacate as Century21 refused to repair the kitchen exhaust which never worked, or install air conditioning which we wanted to pay for. And I kept cutting my toes on exposed nails on the floor. It's actually funny because it took them ages to re-lease it and for less Rent. I feel sorry for the owner.

Applied for a premises and waited for over than a week to tell me it was taken while they promised they’ll advise everyone with either phone call or email of the outcome but they didn’t very unprofessional

Rented a great 1bhk apartment in a fantastic locality in Kogarah. Thanks to century 21 especially michelle and julie who are very helpful, respond very fast to all the requests. I would happily rent again with them in the future when i move back to kogarah. Anyone moving into sydney (kogarah, rockdale, carlton & other nearby suburbs) should have century 21 as their first point of contact in renting houses.

We want to thank Michelle and Julie from the Century 21 Elite Kogarah office for doing such a great job looking after our 2 rental properties since 2015. We have always found them courteous and polite to deal with and they efficiently take care of any issues we have. They have made being a landlord easy by taking care of everything from leases, rent collection and the paying of any bills relating to the properties. The payments and statements are always on time making it easy to maintain Taxation compliance. If you require hard-working, honest and reliable management then these are your girls.
