Received very bad service from this real estate in Merrylands. I was advised my application is approved but waiting for an okay from the owners. They gave many false hopes and then two weeks of chasing them, Marleen avoided my calls and failed to return my messages. I was promised a deadline which they did not meet. Very disappointed. Up until now I still haven't heard an answer. Every time I called them they would say someone will get back to me that very afternoon but that never happened for weeks and I eventually gave up and accepted another property from another agent. Work on your customer service guys and act professional like you should be.
Where do i start, Century 21 community first, is by far the best real estate experience i have encountered, from the service, to the compassion and understanding my wants and needs and giving me the best results possible by selling my home at a whopping 1.5 million dollars back in 2016 when another agent only valued it at 1.1, would truly recommend because their more than just agents, there now my friends:)
If I could rate anything less than 1 star I would. Customer service? You will not find it here. Do not fall into their trap of believing that they are "working for you. " "serving your interests". Unprofessional work ethic by replying late to your emails, returning your correspondence after days of being sent and not caring for their customers. Hands down the worst agency we have dealt with and strongly do not recommend their services to anyone in the area. Think twice before you deal with these agents as the house/apartment you have loved and taken care of for multiple years will be rented/leased out to individuals who they claim to have run endless background checks on but end up ruining your home. Terrible.
Century 21 merrylands is the best real estate you can do bussiness with especially dealing with Rafi he is honest reliable sold my house as PROMISED AND AND above the price i asked for. Rafi is a driven motivated person and easy to deal has a lovely staff and professional office.
