Sadek recently helped sell my home at auction, and from start to finish he was incredible! He always made sure I was up to date with everything and understood the whole process of what was going on at all times. He made the whole process from start to finish painless. The marketing plan he had in place was perfect and help sell my house swiftly and got it more attention than I anticipated allowing a better outcome on price. Franc sold my 80yo mother's house for the best price we thought possible in a volatile and falling market.

She is a widow now and had never sold a house before, as this was the first house she purchased with my father 60 years ago. He provided great support for her and took her kindly through the process, and having met him and Greg, I had all confidence she would be looked after and respected.

Even during the auction which he was the auctioneer, he provided entertaining and engaging light -but-caring interaction with the potential buyers - who were understandably nervous, dissipating any nerves they may have had.

Could not have wished for a better experience. Other properties of similar value in the suburb went for $100,000 less that same weekend. My mum was very happy with the result, and the after-sales service has been warm and appreciated for this big life change for my mother.

Every time I got a problem with the property, all I need to do email them, tell them what the problem is (along with some pics, if necessary), and within 48hrs they send the specialist people to fix the problem I got.

If I could give 0 I would! I bought a unit in Liverpool in August, Sonia and this agency Century 21 past me a bag of keys, I didn’t have time to check all of them on the settlement day anyway and now none of them matches with any security doors in the building! They are all from the previous tenants, all different and who knows where they belong to!
I have 2 security doors to pass and get in the building and I have no keys! I have to pay the strata $110 for each keys! No response to any calls or emails after they done with you! Not professional, not reliable. I have another problems but can’t be bother to write really. Just make sure on everything and don’t trust!

I've got no doubt that Carolyn is the best agent operating in the Liverpool area. As part of my due diligence, I rang the top 10 agents in the area as identified by the RateMyAgent platform before choosing to go with Carolyn. I went with her to start with because I could sense her hunger on the phone. When other agents would take days to get back to me or underquote the sales price to make their job easier, she wouldn't. When the other agents in the area were looking at the glass as half-empty, she looked at the glass half full. Carolyn's unrelenting optimism resulted in the sale of my apartment off-market for approx $40K more than the last comparable sale in the building. Not only did Carolyn achieve a sale price a lot more than I expected, but she also dealt professionally with a problematic tenant and solicitor, and managed to get the job done in the middle of a strict lockdown in the local area. I couldn't recommend Carolyn any higher. If you want a hassle-free sale, look no further

Century21 Liverpool is not a new name for me. First time I dealt with this company was in 2017 when I was looking to buy a property. I bought a property from Greg, he is a highly professional real estate agent and always tried to help customer. I also decided to give my investment property to Century 21 to manage for almost 4 years. Greg was always there for help when there was some issues. He showed his maturity level in professional way to resolve those issue. If I will have to buy or sell property in future, I will definitely go to Greg for real estate service.

Sonia did an excellent job at selling my unit. This was admittedly not an easy sale but her professionalism and persistence got us across the line. Her fees were very competitive and service was impeccable. She was very responsive during the process, giving me progress updates and being there when I needed to contact her. She definitely went above and beyond in this sale and I would recommend her without hesitation.
