The leasing agent was untruthful about the tenants credit reports and no proper check and only worry about his pocket, getting me the worst tenant and unqualified. Charlie only wants an easy task, too stressful and he cannot deal with the bad tenants they put in my place. Absolutely awful experience. And waste of my money. Humphrey and Charlie, robbers. Don’t waste your time with their lip service. Incompetent and unprofessional. Many many flaws, in their system. Managment needs to scrutinise rather than accept their staff incompetence.
