Rented a property from this team for over three years before the landlord decided to renovate and needed us to move. Very sad to leave this real estate; every interaction with the team from Bryan, Steve, Teddy and every one else was a pleasure. Polite, responsive and helpful.

Dealt with Ryan Ullah. Would not trust him with anything. After paying deposit for a property, he took a very long time to return my calls. Would not give us contracts, but kept saying they were coming soon. After about 3 weeks I got a phone call to say that the property was no longer available to us. He then blamed it on the developer saying the developer had sold it to someone else. Upon speaking with the developer we found that Ryan allegedly did not actually have the approval to sell this property. Complained to the Principal and of course he backed him up 100%. Ryan lied to us even told me that my deposit was not a deposit but an expression of interest, even though his receipt and emails said Holding Deposit. Do not deal with these guys if you want an honest and ethical experience
