I'm from out of town had to see a doctor went to this medical center and was seen by Dr Sharif very caring and professional Doctor.
First time seeing Dr sharif I must say I was very impressed and took the time to make sure that I am well looked after the receptionist was friendly and professional. Thank you will be back.
Dr sharif is the most caring and professional man you will ever want to seek medical advice from. One of natures true gentlemen. You are in great hand in Dr Sharif, and he will provide a level of care rarely seen in a medical practice anywhere.
Absolutely disgusted with the new admin girls. They're rude, condescending and after 15 years of going to this doctors office I have never been treated the way I have by their admin. I miss Sam!
Just rang up (as no other doctors local to us would make space) for urgent assessment of our young asthmatic daughter. She had breathing issues and turns out a bad lung infection. Reception answered on the first thing, was super friendly (unlike the other clinics I had called) and fit us in immediately. The doctor was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us exactly the treatment we needed for her to get better quickly. Highly recommend and very impressed!
Dr are great. The worst receptionist I've ever met. Rude and will hang up on you mid conversation. Then won't answer your call backs.

What that has to do with anything is being me, very disappointed in how I was treated.
Praise to receptionist Sam, unfortunately I have a few health problems and have had to make many calls to centre health medical and dental, to book appointments, and
needing to speak to Dr for advice, Sam always, answer calls in a professional way, when attending the surgery Sam welcomes you with a smile, and is always apologetic if our appointment is running late due to unforeseen circumstances, thankyou for going far and beyond
