NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!
This company was easy to deal with for a quote and installation but thats where their service ended. Happy to have my payment and no support since!
My ducted heating began freezing and leaving us with no heating whenever the temps dropped below 5 degrees outside, which in Oberon is often. I have contacted this business repeatedly about the unit not heating as expected and also for advice about how to prevent the outside unit freezing over but so far they have not been back and stopped replying to my correspondence.
I have just had the unit looked at by another company who identified several major issues that could have been fixed if Central West Air had bothered to look. Below is the summary of their visit:
During the service we rectified the following items;
- Return air box on indoor unit was not connected. We fixed this in place and sealed the edges.
- The supply air duct work was restricting the return air duct. The supply duct was re hung.
- Sections of duct work were inadequately sealed. The duct was reconnected and sealed correctly.

After paying another provider, the unit is finally working.
SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! VERY DISAPPOINTED

They installed ducted air conditioning in our house. Put the tubing over the manhole for the roof. We now have no access to the roof because of this error. When I asked them to fix it I was told too bad, and I would just have to get another manhole put somewhere else in the house. When I told the owner that it was the installer's fault, he hung up on me. I rang straight back (twice) each time the phone rang but was never answered. We have no access into the roof cavity because of their error that they will not fix. If I knew what they were like, I would never have bothered with this business. Save yourself the agony go somewhere else.

I called this business because they had good reviews! I live at Carcoar 50 km out of Bathurst, My Aircon draining pipe was missing and all the water from it was going under the house. ROB REFUSED TO DO IT FIRST TIME BECAUSE IT WAS RAINING HE DID NOT WANT TO GET WET. SECOND TIME SENT AN APPRENTICE wearing a pair of thongs, Who put the pipe UNDER THE DECKING SO THE WATER STILL WAS RUNNING UNDER THE HOUSE. I asked him not to do it but he did not listen. He did not silicon the pipe in properly so the unit was leaking the same as before. THEN WHEN I WAS NOT HAPPY ROB TOLD ME THAT I AM KIDDING MY SELF IF I THINK SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT AND DO THIS FOR 200 BUCKS! SO HE HANG UP ON ME! THANX ROB I WORK 6 HOURS FOR 200 BUCKS AND I AM NOT AN APPRENTICE! Next day I rang their office and a lady employee was screaming at me that if I did not like the job the apprentice done go somewhere else! I would only recommend them to Fair trading!
