Amazing customer service staff are very understanding and helpful they took us board and have helped my mum never had a issue always treated with kindness if your looking for a place to get your medication and feel comfortable in the environment this chemist I highly recommend

I had an awful experience here however the attitude and reply of the owner to customers leaving their genuine experience is shocking wow no wonder staff are rude they a trained by the owners this way it seems.

Cmon! Seriously people are sick when they visit it is free to smile and not look miserable! The female wearing the head scarf today was not helpful and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there no hello or greet just scanned my item and advised me of the price total. I think management should really check their staff before coming at customers who are leaving their feedback!
Feedback should be taken onboard not criticised! Who cares what credentials or diplomas they may have respect and friendliness is easy to do and free! 1st visit and last.moving to the area new but I’m sure there are plenty other friendly chemists around.
Owners replies to some reviews is disappointing and reflects on the business!

What a rip off. I had run out of melatonin and had to buy that day. They charged me $28 for 30x 2mg tablets. I can buy and just did 60x 3mg tablets from Iherb for $7. There should be a law against these type of people charging prices like that.

Disgusting and rude attitude by pharmacist named Mina, I don’t care how qualified you are don’t you dare disrespect someone who is concerned and trying to politely discuss something with you I will be complaining to APHRA pharmacy board.then to tell me it’s not up management it’s up to the pharmacist honey you wouldn’t be working there if it wasn’t for management! I won’t be going there again and now I know why most have stopped going there, it’s a shame because the owner I met is absolutely lovely.
(Shame how staff can ruin a business’s name)
P.s: I read at another review management telling the person they close at 8pm maybe remove the photo on website that say 11pm.

I have been a customer of this family friendly pharmacy for the last 20 years and they have been nothing but amazing with their service
prices and their staff are very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

They have an amazing service and always price match to make sure i am getting the best deal possible. The customer service is very helpful and respectful. And i can personally say that they only ever turn the computers off when they are about to close the store. They are amazing people and the store is extremely helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE! DISGUSTING SERVICE! Walked into this business and found what I wanted to purchase, went to purchase and was told I had to wait for the computer as they were turned off if your running a business why are the computers turned off? The item was advertised for $24.95 when scanned it was $28.95, I told the worker that it was advertised wrong and legally needs to sell it to me for the price advertised, firstly she was to lazy to walk around the counter to check herself, when telling her this she started with her attitude and slammed the item on the counter while huffing and puffing, the next worker snatched it out of her hands and did the same thing telling me that chemist warehouse sell them for $28.95 pretending to look it up on their computer and said they couldn’t change the price, little did they know I had chemist warehouse website right in front of my on my phone and was advertised for $21.95. It’s not the fact they were $4 more, it’s the fact that they are treating public with such utter disrespect! When telling them no because of the disrespect I received I was told “sorry” in a sarcastic way. If you didn’t want to sell them for $24.95 then you shouldn’t be advertising them for $24.95 simple as that. Was so much happier making my purchase elsewhere as this business doesn’t even deserve a cent.

Weather you checked the cameras or not, your whole response to my review has nothing to do with my complaint, I never asked you what qualifications your staff have, and what I wanted to purchase may or may have not been essential to you, but to me it obviously was and that’s none of your business, if you knew business you would know the customer is ALWAYS right. Your staff aren’t the only people working during a lockdown, I’m working too but no need to boast about it. If you staff didn’t want to risk their lives then maybe they shouldn’t be working. I find it very funny how you only reply to my review when it seems that you have many bad reviews and have a lot of fake and friends writing 5 star things. Word of mouth will get around, and in the mean time you should fix your prices, if you don’t want to sell something for the price it’s advertised for, then maybe you should advertise it for the correct price and these things wouldn’t happen.

Excellent customer service and staff, they’ve always been helpful and were always to provide me and my family with the medication and essentials we need especially in the current situation when things aren’t as available and getting them isn’t as easy. Much respect to you guys!

Went to this chemist and was highly disappointed in the rudeness from the staff. Went to go and buy my son some nappies and ended up leaving with nothing as I refuse to spend my money somewhere with rude people. Not to mention not wearing a mask either. Came to write a review and see these fake reviews down below. Haven’t had any reviews for 1 year and then they received a bad review for their horrible customer service and then magically they have 4 fake 5 star reviews. Not surprised to see quite a few 1 star reviews at all - I don’t recommend going here unless you want to be looked at and spoken to badly. Central pharmacy - do better and be better towards members of the public, they are customers and hope to be treated with respect as people deserve

I've been coming to this pharmacy for my medication for years. Staff are always polite, professional, and well-presented. They take time to ensure their customers are served efficiently and with care. Amazing service.

Such a lovely bunch of staff here. Everyone there is friendly and super helpful. Makes quick pharmacy runs easy! Would 100% recommend getting your local pharmacy supplies from here! I thank all of the staff here with all my heart working during these hard times, bless you all!

The state of this shop is disgusting, I’m surprised they have not been shut down, very dusty and messy, products here are so old and the women serving you are obnoxious. I do not recommend you go here.

One of the best pharmacies I’ve been to! Pharmacists and assistants are always very helpful and welcoming, they’ve always made sure my needs have been met even if that means delivering things I need to my doorstep when I cannot make it to the pharmacy without paying any extra charges! I’d always go back to Central pharmacy as staff is very well aware of the current COVID situation, always following the regulations and every time I go I see them sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces to make sure the pharmacy is covid safe. Ps thank you for opening till late, 5 stars service for sure

Very good service, always has my medication in stock. Good prices and polite staff. Easy to park right out the front too!

Highly not reccomend been there 2 times first time staff were really helpful. Second time around staff were rude no signs of care overall not happy wouldnt go back again
