A female called Rose called me for a false alarm, I tried to understand the nature of the signal she received and she hung up on me?

I called back after the alarm went off a second time and asked why they didn’t call when the alarm went off again?

Rose (who answered again) claimed she didn’t get a signal even though she agreed she did get a signal an hour or so earlier?

I found it difficult to believe that we went from receiving signals for a false alarm to not receiving signals for a false alarm in a matter of an hour. This alarm unit has been operational for years with zero errors.

I suspect she was lying because she had a bad attitude and spoke with me like a robot with zero empathy.

I asked who is the manager at Central and she claimed she was?

I found it difficult to believe that Rose, who responds to alarm signals and answers the phone when someone calls the hotline is also the business manager?

I found Rose unreliable and difficult to believe, I take security seriously and refuse to continue my relationship with such unprofessionalism.

I have been with Central for years and will be moving my service to a more Professional outfit to avoid dealing with Rose who I feel now will not call if my alarm goes off.

No idea how many days per week she is there but I felt like she took this personal somehow and I lost confidence in the company

Have been chasing an answer for a bill for over 2 months. Have not had any feedback. Very poor service

Valet Norwest has been using Central monitoring for more then 25 years. The service has been amazing and very easy to use. They are there 24 hours a day to help us.

Our Family Business has used Central monitoring for over 30 years because of there attention to detail, quick response times and professional manner when dealing with our clients, they are the perfect partnership to our business.

Be wary about this mob.
Their website is full of lies.
They claim 24/7 full service - ITS FALSE.they keep business hours for support, not 24/7
They cost a bundle and provide lousy service.
They are a complete farce
