We have renovated multiple homes and have always used Central Coast Tile & Stone. Jess and her team are extremely helpful, friendly, very knowledgeable and on point with designs. She helped us stay within our budget with the exact tiles chosen. Jess has always served us with a can do attitude and her efforts go beyond expectations. The showroom has an extensive range.
As builders & renovators we count on many different people, and are very particular with the quality, workmanship, products, suppliers & people we choose to work with. We are extremely grateful for all the help, advice & customer service we received from Jess and the team.

They have a very extensive range of quality tiles and stones to choose from, and readily available. Their staff and the in-house designers team are also of great to help selecting the perfect product for each project.

The team here are fantastic and special thanks goes to creative designer Victor who assisted me and my wife in the selection of tiles for our ensuite bathroom project. There's a vast inventory to suite every taste with NO high pressure sales or up-selling. We are very pleased with tile quality and the timeliness of tile delivery to our front door. We have built and renovated several houses on the Central Coast and have used Central Coast Tile and Stone on all of them.
Jess and her team are truly amazing, their product and design knowledge is incredible. Nothing is a problem for them and are always super friendly. I have shown Jess photos of tiles I like and she always manages to source them for me or at least something similar. Their prices are very competitive and value for money. I cannot sing Jess' praises enough and she is always up for a chat. I am a customer for life. 5 star business.

Central Coast tile and stone have been great from helping me pick the correct pavers to sorting delivery. Our delivery guy was fantastic navigating a really complex battleaxe driveway calmly. He communicated well with what he needed to do and got the job done efficiently. Thanks

Great Tiles - Worst Custmoer Service

Pros:
* Tile range is great
* Price is competetive
* Delivery on time

Cons:
* Poor invoice maintenance; risk of rip off. Always keep your paperwork and do not trust their computer system. I have been overcharged when paid for the remaining balance upon delivery.
* Misccomunication between their staff: The sales rep promissed some discount and free delivery. The manager later denied and said that they do not offer such thing and made me feel that I was not telling the truth. This made me really angry.
* Terrible custmoer service: Had issues with broken tiles and invoice and overcharging; naturally frustrated due to the fact that I had to take the time off to go to the shop to resolve the issue. Received rude feedback from the manager and received a "Sorry" from her only after I highlighted multiple times that they have to tell me that they are sorry for such discomfort they caused.
They resolved the matter and ordered me new tiles and paid back the overcharged value. BUT, they asked me to pick up the tiles from the shop! I was fed up and told them that I would take the whole matter to fair trading. They dropped them at my house shortly after.

Recommendations:
1. Keep your paperwork and invoices and check them at all payment stages
2. When you get a price or offer from one person in the shop, confirm it with the manager
3. Only place order if you do not care about customer service

Went into tile and stone warehouse and was amazed by the range that they have available! The staff were friendly and approached me offering help and allowing me space to look. I look forward to finalising an order with them!

We worked out and ordered the correct quantity of pavers required by multiple professionals, concreter, tiler and the tile shop yet we were short by 20 pavers. We counted the supplied pavers which proved we were short but the manager would not except this and would in no way agree. From the moment we ordered our pavers we were told they would come out of a new batch in a month yet 2 days later we received a phone call saying the tiles were ready to collect. When our pavers were delivered there was only one pallet not 2 so We then had to chase up the missing pallet and then were informed that they forgot to tell us about and charge for the delivery to which we paid despite Franz admitting he stuffed up by not telling us. We then had to chase up the missing pallet multiple times which didn't turn up when promised despite being told by Franz he'd eyeballed them and yet the office lady said they weren't in the warehouse then a phone call 5min later they were their with someone else's name on it (convenient). To top it off due to the stuff up of only one pallet being delivered instead of the 2 and Franz saying he would waive the extra for the 2nd delivery he then proceeded to try and charge us for the 2nd delivery (Red hot). If this doesn't ring alarm bells as to how our order got stuffed and we being short by over 20 pavers I'm f'd if I know. We are good people and got ripped off

Bought travertine pavers for pool surround. Pavers were delivered when promised in great condition. Delivery driver was great and put them exactly where I asked. Would buy from here again.

The team’s knowledge and design skills are the best in the industry. They gave us so much of their time during the tile selection and materials to use for a quality pool build finish.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to give me the advice and help I needed to make my bathroom prefect!

I gave 1 star because I had to to be able to comment. Don't go near this business if you need any advice, the male employee is rude, ignorant and has no knowledge of the industry. Has no concept of tile dimensions and sells gloss subway tiles for floors to unsuspecting customers. Obviously they were wrongly ordered by him and he needed to offload his mistake in a 3m2 buy them all sale. Shocking customer service and attitude.

Good range, price matched. Jess and Frans moved mountains to ensure my last minute orders were shipped. Highly recommend!

I have worked with the team at CCTS for a number of years now and gladly recommend them to our customers. Quality tiles, hands on selection and always doing what they can to help us with our bathrooms.

They have let us down for the second time by not getting our tiles in on time. Don't know if the problem is the store or their supply chain, but the manager doesn't take responsibility. Don't order tiles here if you have any time pressure, but if you do order from them, make sure you ring them constantly for updates. If you can, go somewhere else

CCTS are brilliant. We literally spent months & went to every tile store in Newcastle and a few up the Hunter looking for warmer toned floor tile to suit our house. CCTS had about six options we could try! Taking samples home wasn’t a problem either. CCTS has a great range and their staff are knowledgeable, helpful and flexible when we needed to change things around with delivery. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Excellent service. Great variety of the usual tiles on trend, but more importantly they stock some unusual tiles as well. Easy ordering and helpful staff.
